Dak Believes He And CeeDee Can Become Best QB/WR Tandem Ever

Oh? If they want to be in that conversation they're going to need to win some playoff games. They're nowhere close to Aikman and Irvin. They're barely better than Romo/Dez. They have a really long way to go before they're in the Montana/Rice covvo, let alone Manning/Harrison, Brady/Gronk, or even Ryan/Jones. Dak is no spring chicken. Less talk, more putting it to practice on the field. I appreciate the confidence, but the right to be part of that conversation hasn't been earned.
The delusional here will hate such reality.
This QB needs to win 1 more playoff game to surpass Romo.
That is how low Dak rates in postseason mediocrity.
True, the Dak/CeeDee tandem is average as of today. Last they played in January, Lamb couldn't buy a misthrown ball from Dak.

Ummmmmm Hmmmmm. Really Dak not to burst your bubble but you better pick up the pace because Aikman to Irvin, Montana to Rice were pretty dam good!

Best for money earned? Probably

Best for empty receptions and yds? Possibly

Best for impact in playoffs and championships? Doubtful but remains to be seen

Fail! Lol! I hit the nail right on the head....hope it didn't hurt you to much.
:hammer:
You claimed nobody would think that Dak/CeeDee was the best of all time

I supplied you with a poster who almost certainly would believe that

You are sadly unable to understand when you just got owned

but then Jethro minions are not noted for many things

Just STHU! You're clueless, thank God You're at least hilarious. No go away, it's too early to put up with the like of you. I would save, have a good day, but I'm not a liar.

You all on this forum make me laugh. He is a question and he answers it. You know how ridiculous it would be if he said anything negative? You should not care that they think they could be the best and it's honestly embarrassing if you do.

The delusion is strong here.
You got owned and you claim you won?
Now that is living in la la land
and of course the wouldbe board monitor is telling others to leave

Ashford and Simpson had a few good hits in they career but never did win that Emmy

This is my take. NFL Qbs get asked lots of questions. Many of them stupid ones.

My head shaker in all of this is how incredibly tone deaf Dak's response to the question is, and how exposed he is to media manipulation of his response.

The statements he made. What is this based on? He and CeeDee's incredible work in the GB playoff game.

A better response would have been to reaffirm his personal challenge and desire to be the best QB he could be. "Montana and other QBs before him have set the bar high and everyday I work to be able to reach these high bars of performance."

You can tell people what you are working towards with humility and be clear.

He put his foot in his mouth making the quote, "I feel like we can be better than all of them." Let's start with being better in front of the microphone. His new contract is going to result in extra mics and tape recorders being pushed in front of his face.

Todd France should spend a few sheckles on a refresher course in media training for his client.

Having lofty goals is a positive for any sports athlete, especially those playing at the professional level. For example, Emmitt Smith let a personal goal for himself in eventually eclipsing Walter Payton's all-time rushing record, which he achieved.

The article's author does put the ambition into proper perspective in paragraphs four through seven. All-in-all, it is a good article.

Both Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb have their work cut out for them. I hope they can achieve their goals. And help the franchise achieve its goals as well along their way.
