Using the running and play action with under center snaps will allow him to start vs Eagles.
I would rather play Rush and let him rest another week.

If he can play and throw at 100% you play him, this game will mean something for this season. Its pretty simple, in practice either he can move the offense better and is healthy to play or he cannot....

No. It depends on the video publisher. The publisher has the option to choose whether their video can be played outside YouTube at the time of upload.
In this instance, it is the NFL who published their content on YouTube. The league are tightwads with their content and prefer viewers watch their videos either on their site or formatted to play exclusively on other sites of their choosing.

I never played QB either but it appears that a direct center to QB snap is pretty violent if you have a bad hand…
It may matter which hand is on top in this case. I wouldn’t know which one Dak prefers, but you’d figure one would matter vs the other.
I would figure a shotgun snap to be similar to a quick soft toss.
