I didn't see the facts in other threads. I search the internet to see what really happened.

Watch from 1:17 to 1:57 of the video.

You can see a lady walk up and pet the dogs.

A Policeman has one of them on a leash and the Policeman is not threatened by either of them.

You can see the animal control officers petting the dogs and appearing to like them.

You can see the end of the finger was not bitten off. You can see the fingernail.

There were some other angles that tried to make it appear to be a bloody stub but this angle shows the end of the finger intact.

Who are you countering here to bring out these "facts"? A hysterical 50 year old woman in a phone call said she may have lost a piece of her finger - that's about it, but then went on to say "it's still there".

And after investigating, Dak ended up with a Class C Misdemeanor, a $500 fine, and is no longer allowed to have that dog in Frisco. Those are the facts.

Dak's dogs were outside of the lady's fence.

Instead of taking her dogs inside, she decided to reach through the opening in her fence to try to grab Dak's dog.

Obviously nobody knows if Dak's dog bit her or if her own dog bit her. One of Dak's dogs did have blood on it; although, I don't know if it was her blood or dog's blood.

I have not seen any reports of injuries to her dogs.

Her dogs remained outside when she made the 911 call and said Dak's dogs were leaving.

Most dog owners primary goal would be to get their dogs inside and away from any perceived danger.

It's impossible to know if the missing board on the fence was pushed out by her dogs or pulled off by Dak's dogs. It appears to have been pushed out from the inside; however, it probably does not really matter. It appears that Dak's dogs were never completely inside her fence and that her dogs were never completely outside of the fence.

Dak's dog were lose in the yard which is against city rules. That's really all we know as fact unless the Police did a blood test to see if her blood was on his dog and/or if his dogs' blood or dna was on her fence.

I encourage everyone not to argue with mattjames2010.

His goal is not to be correct; therefore, proving him wrong does not bother him.

His goal is to get attention from making negative posts. His post history shows that he rarely if ever posts anything that is not negative and inflammatory.

Wrong. What we know as a fact is that Dak is no longer allowed to have his dog in Frisco. And you can see where the fence was chewed, genius.

Nice "write-up" with them facts. This how you review the all-22 as well? You're a hack. Instead of posting citations outside of a zoom-in photo to downplay the injury, rather than discussing the incident, you give another personal view of what you believe you saw like "she reached for Dak's dog", or "We don't know what side got pushed in" - even though we clearly see which side of the fence was freakin' chewed.

"Officials say the dogs chewed through the neighbor's fence ... attacked her dogs"

We need Judge Judy fer this one.. if Daks dogs where loose they are out of his control period. a simple tip of the legal scale towards preponderance of the evidence is all that's\was needed.

Her hand written note that was shown on the 6 oclock news for all to see except Matt James and said Daks dogs were in his yard and that it took 20 minutes for a hole to develop and the dogs to confront one another , then in her hand writing she admits to making a mistake and putting her hand through the fence into Daks yard .

And none of this would have happenned had Dak fixed the door ( that he was warned about twice) that was letting the dogs get out in the 1st place. End of story, Dak is at fault here and has been since the day it happenned, because none of this would have happenned had Dak been responsible and payed attention to the warnings he received from animal services. With the amount of people who have had much worse injuries from pit bull attacks (some deaths) Dak should consider himself very very lucky that this situation was not much worse than it was, just imagine had there been a child in the backyard when this happenned

Agreed Dak was 100% at fault for not fixing the door and the dogs getting out multiple times . No body got hurt on those SEPERATE incidents

The woman getting hurt was her fault as DAKS DOGS WERE IN HIS YARD AT THE TIME. She admitted in a hand written note the SHE MADE A MISTAKE BY REACHING THROUGH THE FENCE INTO DAKS YARD .

The dogs were shown on the police body cams and seemed very friendly and showed no aggression when being taken by animal control

Beth Taylor admitted it took 20 min for the dogs to break the fence amazing to me she wouldn't take her dog in and defuse the situation rather than let her dog continue to antagonize Daks dogs through the fence then be stupid enough to stick her hand through the fence into Daks yard . She could have then talked with Dak about how to better keep the yards separated , a brick wall if necessary as the dogs cant figure the property line

Reminds me of a movie with Jack Nicholson where he said remove reason and accountability and you have Beth Taylors thought process

I get all of that and i don't disagree, and the woman reacted in the heat of the moment and it was a mistake for sure (one that alot of us might make) of which has nothing to do with the fact that the dogs for a 3rd time got out of the house and into her yard. If you choose to own a pitbull (your absolute right) then you had better make sure they are locked up securely (especially if you are not home) because if something goes wrong it can go wrong quickly and in a bad way

Totally agree Dak is at a point in his life where full focus has to go on his career and there is not enough time for him to have that type of high maintenance dog . Just saying the worst happened even when they were in there own yard that tells you they just are not the breed for this time in your life .
