“I made the mistake of putting my hands through the fence and that’s when I got bit”

And with that quote, it changes absolutely nothing about who was at fault. She put her hand through the fence due to the dogs fighting - it's not as though she was attempting to pet the dog.

Also, it clearly states who broke the fence down, which also goes with the photos we saw. So Mr. "Here are the facts" really didn't have the facts.

By the rule book, yes, he does. Whether it happens, that's another story.

He got someone injured due to being irresponsible and he's a moron. No amount of spinning changes that. Give it up.

There's a rule in the NFL rule book that outlines punishment for instances where a player's dog bites someone?

Beth Taylor even admits she attempted to get her dogs in the house but in 20 min couldn't control them in her yard and get them in . She also admits chasing Daks dogs off his property and into the street . LOLOL

There is specifically a rule under personal conduct about putting another person in danger. Dak's dog, his responsibility - which is why he will be charged with a Class C misdemeanor and fined while not allowed to have the dog in Frisco anymore.

She warned Dak twice, dogs broke down the fence and went for her dog - she went to grab her dog (who wants to see their pet get mauled by uncontrolled pits?) and was bitten.

You're really really not smart, man. Even your quote and what was linked provides the context of what happened - it's not as though she walked up to pet the dogs, even IF she did by the way, your dog outright biting someone just for a pet isn't a good thing

Beth Taylor could not control her own dogs in her fenced in yard . In the twenty minutes it took for Daks dogs to chew through the fence she was unable to get control of her dogs and get them in the house .
She also was not smart enough to call Police or animal control in that 20 min either . Beyond that in 20 min she could not find a better implement other than her freaking hand to put through the fence to break up the dogs . A shovel , broom , rake , Turn the hose on them and call the police . WD40 and a lighter LOLOL only kidding

Heck if her dogs were so unruly that she couldn't control them and get them in put a table or lawn furniture in front of the hole so her dogs would not get to it

Truth is she could not control her dogs and get them back from the fence before the hole was made this antagonized Daks dogs who were in his yard and made them more aggressive towards the fence .
All of the above is why in the end SHE ADMITTED MAKING A MISTAKE BY PUTTING HER HAND THROUGH THE FENCE.
