Since McCarthy has taken over, Dak has failed to go two consecutive games without a turnover of some sort (INT or Fumble)

I heard that stat today on ESPN countdown and was shocked.

Obviously we are stuck with him, so maybe its time to get an OC in here thats going to harp on ball-security

Dak's been a QB too long to be making poor decisions over and over again. That's on him.
Agreed but hes here to stay unfortunately. So what do we do, just let him be Jameis 2.0 without any accountability?

He’s not as bad as the haters here make him out to be but not as good as the lovers make him out to be. He’s a middle of the pack QB that is having too much put on his plate. Part of it is his overblown salary that limits the roster forcing him to try and be something he isn’t. You can’t blame him for that, blame the GM/Owner

The stat is wrong then because he went 4 straight to end 2021 without a pick.

Dak has become a turnover machine with this antiquated, unimaginative, no play action, boring *** route tree, no scheme offense that is Kellen Moore.

I absolutely can and will blame him for that

He asked for more money than TB 12 ever made in a season

He wanted to be paid like he's capable of carrying a team. Then he's not exempt from blame when it becomes clear he can't carry the team

yes because he is give more responsibility

this is not 2016 when the cowboys wrote the play book in crayon for dak

now he have to actually play quarter back in the nfl

Quit making excuses as to why Dakota stinks balls

McCarthy is credited to helping Gannon become a valuable QB, reviving Favre's career, and breaking down and rebuilding Rodgers into the HOF he is. McCarthy's track record with what he does for QBs shows it's on Dak. He's not a miracle worker, every player has a ceiling - Dak has his. He can't make those elite level throws consistently, he doesn't have the arm strength or the velocity to fit it in between two defenders. He WANTS to be that but he never will be.

When you continue to throw so many short inaccurate passes you are just begging for tipped balls and picks.

Dak is an average QB at best who this dumb front office gave him 40 million a year. He looks worse in year 7 compared to year 1. There is zero hope with this guy at QB but this so Cowboys.

If he has has no running game it almost always an automatic loss. 49ers shut that right down. Dak has a propensity for throwing where the defense has numbers and trusts his arm too much. Only elite QBs can get away with throwing where the defense has numbers. Obviously he isnt one of them.
