The oline sucks. Even Martin is having a terrible year.

Cooper Beebee? Thought he was supposed to be a plug and play 3rd rounder. Nope he's been average at best.

Steele? The weakest link by far.

The oline sucks big time.

Not saying there aren't issues on the line ... but every QB has to deal with line issues. I can't think of a single OL this year that is solid across the board.

Lot of other QB's compensate rather than compound the issue.

Even in dak 22 yard scramble the pressure came
From the right side and his first instinct was to roll to the right . He then ran into a pile and just luckily bounced back to the left

He’s jsut nervous out there. This is so much pressure . He’s not flowing

The bolded is certainly true, but there's more than enough "solid" lines in the NFL.

Ours is downright TERRIBLE. Zack Martin is now below average, Guyton and Steele are absolute turnstiles. This is a bottom-5 unit.

The offensive line coaching is horrific along with the system.
That said, Dak Prescott will not pull the trigger on his first or second reads, and it costs us a ton. Resulting in 5 yd passes.

Most of those short passes were his first reads.
Especially early in the game

because when you're the LEADER of the pack, making all the money, it's time for you to LEAD in all ways. Hell go up to Jerry and tell him I can't do it with this team, get me help. In the games CARRY the team on his back, he's never been the QB to do that with the teams he's had. Get on these players who aren't playing well, light a fire under them, improve your play as the leader so others can't combat you with questions

Just from his comments he has made all off season and during the season.

Remember when Tony Romo made comments ..... just as good as a punt ... if that is the worst thing that ever happens to me, I lived a good life (after a game ending pick).

Dak is at that level with some of the things he has been saying.
Other than the related last 4 years. of .... I will get better, that won't happen again (after every pick).

No QB can overcome the horrible play across the team

lol romo and dak only say those things because they tire of the constant criticism and badgering from the fans

Those words mean nothing in terms of how much they care or are trying to improve their game

And like I said above, Dak hasn’t played well and based upon the last few years, I understand why many think he isn’t the guy. But the situation right now is near impossible to succeed.

Its just fundamental football. If you have no running game and can't pass protect well then defenses will load up the secondary, you will be under pressure and you won't have guys open.

I don't judge any QB who is playing with no running game threat, an offensive line as shaky as ours and coaching that can't scheme anyone open.

But this place is full of surface thinkers who need to scapegoat.
