News to me, I thought they were still contraband. I've had Cubans for years but they had to come through third party countries. I actually prefer the Dominicans to the Cubans but getting by with something is too hard to resist.

quite frankly, my best cigars come from Nicaragua, the Dominican republic and other central American countries. that's where all the good Cuban cigar makers fled after castro took over. they've been legal for about a year now. there are restrictions such as only $100 can be brought out at a time. and a good cohiba costs $100 for just one. the oliva serie V are among my favorites and not overly expensive.(not Cuban)

Will let you know soon. The green is soon to be legalized in Canada, just getting the bugs out of the roadside test and I don't think it's a pee pee test. That would be frickin hilarious! Just haul it out and have a good piss on Elm Street It will probably take years for them to develop the test to where it's accurate, fast and accepted by every law enforcement agency in the country.Then there are the old grannies and gramps living in apartment buildings saying not in my back yard! The city by-laws will add their two cents. Another year or two. Heck, it could be actually legal here by 2050
