Our state literally controls all liquor and alcohol sales and has no problem making millions by selling people bottles of
Liquor from state run stores. But god

That display is a textbook example of what not to do on the water with a bunch of unsecured passengers on the vessel. Lucky they weren't all seriously hurt or worse.
