The thing about karma is......it's real..& his is coming....what's unfortunate is we(fans)will have to wait it out, which the timetable is unknown...so that sucks cause seasons will go by & we will continue to be in the same predicament.

Said it hurts losing Dez who was like a brother to him. Called him a great player and said he wasn’t aware of anything that was going on. Said he needs to stay focused on the team moving forward and prepare for next season. Wouldn’t say he was happy Dez was gone and wouldn’t say he supported the move. Said he’s a 2nd year QB and it’s not really his place to be angry that he wasn’t made aware prior

I don't believe dak wanted dez here. Dez was closer to jerry than probably every player in there minus witten.. Jerry told him exactly what happened. I think they (some captains and staff) just didnt want to tell dez that themselves.

Why would Dak take sides, one way or the other? He doesn't gain anything by making any headline statements or by going viral.

Weird answer there. I'd have gone with something like, "Dez is a great player and I'll miss him, but I'm a player. I don't cut other players -- that isn't my job. My job is to play QB to the best of my ability for this team. Other people in this organization make those decisions."

This almost makes me think he was lobbying against Dez. Which I would understand. But I don't think he gave a very good answer here.

Basically, he said Dez was talented and will be missed. Hard to replace. He indicated he wasn’t informed until it was announced and, as a second year guy, he doesn’t have much input. Says it puts things in perspective that it’s iust a business. Called Dez a brother and said they’d texted.

What did Dak do to have bad karma?

Seriously. Say that about Garrett if you want for rolling with him but the guy has held the position with class since he has been there and he has played at a high level in probably 75 percent of his games...which is more than most QBs can say going into their third year.
