He really wasn't.

And don't forget when he threw the ball away in the face of the pass rush only to be bailed out by CeeDee Lamb coming back to catch the wounded duck in the end zone.

That's probably why Lamb headbutted him in the face.

I thought he was barely serviceable.

This is a stupid comment, zero coverage on an all out blitz Dak puts the ball up and let Lamb have a chance to go make a play on the ball. It happens across the NFL. He knows Lamb is in a 1 on 1 he hangs the ball up and allows his man to make the play

Yeah, that one could have easily been intercepted. It was on third down and not short, so it would have been a field goal if incomplete.

So what? Interesting how you ignored the point that the OL stifled the Bucs pressure, including their blitzing which was second most of any team that Dallas played, outside Carolina, by a whopping margin, and Collins was completely healthy and played that game and dominated.. You think I think Collins and Smith suck as some sort of response?
LOL you just said Martin played. Now it was Collins and Smith? What about the RG? You need help my friend. Dak was pressured a lot in that game and still put up 400 yards and 3 touchdowns against the Champs. You just cant give credit where it is due. Also. Question for you. Who is making the adjustments to protections at the line? Is it Dak? So if the OL is playing great, is Dak not putting them in the position to succeed by reading the coverage pre snap? Or is that Martin doing that on the couch at home when he isnt playing?

I had to reply to your post because it's ludicrous.. If you think that 85% of this board is neither a Dak love or hater I have to say you're way off base.. Most fans of the cowboys love Dak prescott and are thankful for him.. If you truly believe that 85% of Dallas Cowboys fans are neutral when it comes to Dak you must be in the hater category.
By in the middle I mean they have the ability to be objective to Daks play. These are people not looking to make excuses for the Denver game, but also not looking for any mistake to bash the guy in a 40 point blowout.

The 85% I mention love Dak, but are willing to be critical when needed.

don't explain football to him. it goes right over his head.

just throw in Right Guard out in there somewhere...he is really hung up on the right guard these days.

@khiladi

If any other QB did this, then Dak hating Cowboys fans, would shower that QB with praise and accolades and their would be a bunch of "Now that's how a real NFL QB looks or that's how an elite QB plays." comments coming from them. Like they always are in Non-Cowboys Game threads. They'll accuse us of being "Dak homers." But, then will go out and praise other Non-Cowboys QBs for doing the same things, in which they claim is "easy" and "basic" for Dak to do, therefore they say he shouldn't get credit for certain aspects of his game in which he has received credit for over his career.

Against Tampa Dak got sacked once and hit 7 times and as I recall Shaq. Barrett harassed him the entire game.

And yes, Cooper had a big game, but so did Lamb, and others contributed as well. There were still 269 passing yards that did not go to Cooper in that game.

So he was harassed all game and got sacked once on 58 attempts? And he was under so much pressure that their HC, Arians basically raving about Zeke, though he did say Dak got the ball out quickly a few times, which I don’t dispute considering they were basically giving Amari the underneath all day like I said.

I love this QB under pressure stat. I could have TEN SECONDS of blocking, and because I moved out the pocket, that would still be counted as a QB pressure.. That still counts as scrambling, because it wasn’t a designed roll out. It’s another stat that exaggerates the ‘aura’ of Dak that’s a result of the OL play…. Like assuming blitz automatically entails pressure..
desparation is so sad....utterly sad to see people like this....

We’ve been saying for years Dak puts his WRs in compromising positions. He almost got Cooper blasted on a throw last night, but Cooper bounced off the LB.. One read QB..
LOL...

oh I am enjoying this so much....you are in quick sand. you are scrambling. you are sinking...you are all over the place. the frustration is all over your posts....your life sucks right now...you are so dak obsessed and him playing at such a high level is just crawling under your skin......your life sucks right now....you can't even think straight

I agree most are reasonable Cowboy fans...and know Dak has way more good than bad and can say "Dak was off today" and know every single QB in history has those games....

Sacks arent the only stat that shows being pressured. You cant be this dense.

Who said they were? But they definitely do indicate the lack of pressure when you are sacked only 1 on FIFTY EIGHT pass attempt.

I mean the Eagles walloped the Broncos 30-13 and we couldn’t. The Eagles offense has changed since they starting running the ball and are putting up points consistently, which demonstrates how over-rated Dak’s impact has been all these years. The OL and RG open everything up even for mediocre QBs like Hurts.

The last three genes they’ve averaged over 30 points.
the Bills suck. they lost to the lowly jaguars...I mean how bad do you have to be to lose to jaguars...

tampa lost to WFT, WFT lost to chargers, chargers lost to cowboys, cowboys lost to tampa....

now go figure out who is better than who....this out to keep you busy for a while...

LOL. No they dont. Dak had plenty of pressure and still did what you and others say he cant do. Just go to sleep. You look really sad right now. P.S Martin didnt play that game.

Bullshiste .. You idiots screamed to anybody who would listen that "Dak doesn't lead the receivers so they can get yards after the catch.." Now the argument shifts to "compromising positions." Keep them goalposts movin.. Dak is knockin the hell out of them and they bout to come fallin down.
oh, don't forget the new statistical category he invented...the "almost interception"....Dak leads the league in "almost interception" category :lmao:
