Yes, he was. And Tampa got zero pressure on Dak all day and they blitzed Dak second only to Carolina. It was a whopping 50.1 blitz rate and that was 8 above the season average. The Bucs didn’t even shift safety help on Amari and all Dak did was basically toss the sideline routes to him all game. Even Carolina got zero pressure and they blitzed 68.8 rate, thirty above their season average.

Dak literally had the best pass blocking OL in the league and arguably the best blitz blocking RB in the league as well. Zeke was stifling dudes in TB.
the right guard. the right guard...its the RIGHT GUARD I tell ya....oh wait...Martin was out...never mind :lmao:

First of all, Mahomes has been to two SBs and 1 WCF game is first three years starting and it should have been 3 SBs, but Brady had the ball last. The year they won the SB he brought his team back in every game up to the SB when down at half-time by a large margin. Mahomes did this without a top flight RG to rely on and take pressure off him.

Second, Dak has done nothing with the best OL and RG in the league and a WRs core that is now essentially the best in the league. He’s done nothing but flounder around four years wasting talented roster after talented roster, while training him, a guy who in year 3 took 1 week to throw a TD in trading camp.

Until he performs against real competition let alone in the SB in games of meaning, then it’s all hot air.

As far as progressions, guy is throwing to his first read every-time. Even this weeks highlights show it,

Best OL? Conner Williams gets raked over the coals as does Biadasz, Tryon Smith out of the game and Steele forced to play the left side who struggled vs Den is the best OL in the league?

Whats amazing to me. Is that they discredit Dak from calling out adjustments prior to the play getting everyone in the right position and protections then giving all of the credit to the OL. That one AMAZES me.
its called basic football 101, of which they don't understand any of it....to some its all about the right guard... :lmao:

Dak was absolutely fantastic. This game was the perfect example of how this team will have success. The people crying for dink and dunk just witnessed the true nature of this team. We are gonna make big plays. We are gonna go for it on 4th down. We are gonna block some punts. We are gonna go for turn overs. We are gonna win games and you are gonna like it.

ok, Dooms....get with the program....the RG is the most important position on offense...you have to understand that...the LG and how bad its playing doesn't matter. its all about the RG....get it... :lmao:

@khiladi

all of our position are important, you only find that out when you have break downs at any position. Having said that Cowboys Oline had had to deal once again with injuries and line changes, not as bad as last year but enough to have concern. Moore knows this and ran some things to help take pressure off the OL and allow Dak to get the ball out quick.

If any other QB did this, then Dak hating Cowboys fans, would shower that QB with praise and accolades and their would be a bunch of "Now that's how a real NFL QB looks or that's how an elite QB plays." comments coming from them. Like they always are in Non-Cowboys Game threads. They'll accuse us of being "Dak homers." But, then will go out and praise other Non-Cowboys QBs for doing the same things, in which they claim is "easy" and "basic" for Dak to do, therefore they say he shouldn't get credit for certain aspects of his game in which he has received credit for over his career.
of course. I know that all too well. they don't care about the cowboys or real football. its all about the agenda....its all about the trolling.....not about reality... ala @PAPPYDOG never ever posts anything with an iota of actual football. its all "national enquirer" stuff. At least @khiladi tries and tries hard. at least these days he is hung up on the RG, the absolute most important position on the football team...until Martin moves to LG, then LG becomes the most important for the sake of argument :lmao:

you have to understand their pain. they are trolls. they have to have something to pick on and right now they are hurting. they are frustrated. they are angry. they are hanging on to a straw in the middle of an atlantic ocean category 5 hurricane and they think they can survive....what we can do is just drag them along....keep the pain alive for their trolling behaviour.... have a little fun with them.

A QB can take hits, get flushed from the pocket and have pressure without being sacked. If you weren't aware of that perhaps you should watch the games a little more closely.
Exactly what I said. LOL

oh I agree.....football is the ultimate team sport. and Moore is very critical with his play design and play calls....of which for 10 years we had to deal with Garrett and Linehan combination and the 4 WR hook routes at 10 yards deep.....

I could've swore it was the LT last week..this offense was never going to be ok withouth Tyron...again this team from the Coaches on down are proving they can and will overcome obstacles...even serious injury issues on both lines. Its impressive!
its the right guard this week. until Martin moves to LG and then LG is the absolute most important....it just depends on which direction the wind blows this week. there is absoutely zero consistency in what they say...ZERO.

hey, get with your buddy @khiladi . he invented a new statistical category called "almost intercepted"...of which Dak leads the league in that category...you two will get along fine

Yes and Dak is #2 in "should have been intercepted" too. All his completions are sheer luck or amazing catches by the receivers.. that's why his completion percentage is so low.... oh.. wait...

Went as far as to say Dak wasnt pressured and Amari was open all game lol. Lamb had the better game and Dak took a lot of shots in that game. So I dont think this person even watches games
he doesn't. he is pretty clueless about football. what he has read off the internet is that Martin is a really good OL man, so his claim is the RG is the most important position on the offense. he started it, everyone laughed at him, now he has to stick to that narrative or he looks stupider than he already is.....but hey, lets not focus on LG and Williams and how bad he is. because LG is the least improtant position on offense....it doesn't matter at all..but hey the RG.

LOL.. well we knew they were coming.. Now they're declaring that Dak only plays well when not pressured.. Teams never blitz him but 4/5 of his TDs have come against the blitz. But the line is suddenly all world even though they got their collective arses whupped last week.. and really got their butts whupped on opening night at Tampa too. Apparently Dak and his 110+ passer rating.. is on other people.. He's just along for the ride. GTFOH!

When Dak makes these type of passes, then Dak haters will call it "Lucky" or give all of the credit to the WR or will say "It could or should have been picked off." But see their reaction to just about any other NFL QB making the exact same type of throws, under the exact same type of circumstances and there's guaranteed to be at least a couple of "That was an amazing throw, that was an elite NFL QB type of throw." compliments towards those QBs coming from the Anti-Dak crowd.

Yup. Exactly. Glad we agree.
