You are making my point for me. Dak had similar comp % and total yards, and he didn’t have to go for it on a bunch of 4th downs and get the crud beat out of him.wait, I am a little confused. on the one hand people complained that Dak's stats against GB was in garbage time, then here you are saying that Watson and Dak stats were close.
here is how watson did in the first 3 quarter.
Quarter 1: 5/8 for 22 yards....obviously dumping it a lot.
Quarter 2: 3/7 for 13 yards
so at the half he was 8/15 for total of 35 yards
Quarter 3: 10/17 for 80 yards
quarter 4: 9/14 for 50
so after three quarters he was 18 of 32 for 125 yards....
and then he played against a prevent soft defense, scoring a meaning TD at the end of the game.
so was his stats set up in garbage time? he also had two interceptions.
and what do you mean tipped picks? they are picks. they are bad throws. he also had 5 other passes that should have been intercepted dropped.
Watson looked like crap. out of his element. looked lost. didn't make plays.
Dak made enough plays. took what was available. made a few big throws.
not even close. and I am not touting Dak's play. its just that in this game, Watson really sucked.
All I’m saying is Dak didn’t have a great game even by his own career stat standards. This was a down game for him in every statistical category. His rating, pass yards, air yards, comp % were much lower than his career avgs
