Dak is not my QB

They may have different styles...different strengths and weaknesses but their overall production and results were the same...they also had the same divided fan base. The same questions on whether they were strong leaders...or not. At the end of the day, when looking back at Cowboy QBs, their legacies will be viewed the same. Sometimes they had HOF players and a strong supporting cast, sometimes they had trash..for the most part they have had mediocre coaching (sans Parcells time) yet no matter the circumstances they couldn't get past the second round of the playoffs yet they literally own nearly every Cowboy record.
They are not in anyway the same QB. If Romo played with 3 all-pros on OL and without Jason Garrett interfering in the offense and a garbage NFC and Zeke averaging 5 YPC we would hand had much better results.

Please don’t make me cry….

I’m not saying Romo would be a multi time Super Bowl winner but I am saying without Garrett Romo goes to 1 Super Bowl……every with Jerry being Jerry but there’s something’s Garrett did that you don’t even do on Madden

If...if...if, Romo played with multiple HOFers had some quality OLs during his time (and some really bad ones). Of course, the same could be said for Dak. At the end of the day, they both had the results they did.

This. Romo is the most overrated Dallas sports figure in history. Never has an athlete been so heralded while accomplishing so little.

Trust me a lot of his teammates feel the same way.
Think about it you got 50+ guys in the locker room and you look at Dak sitting there making 3 million a game and being the primary reason you just lost another game while your paycheck for the game was 100K.
Leadership what the heck are these Dakstains talking about LOL......This team has Zero respect for the Dakster heck ask Mr.Diggs or take a look at CD on the sidelines during one of our debacle games and the story is verified.
Even Fraudo knows the gig is over now its just a matter of his next injury so he can retire and get the heck out of the kitchen as the heat will be burning him up!!
CD is getting Paid also, maybe not as much as Dak but he's getting a Big Check also. hehe :)

I guarantee we would have been swept with Dak under center this year.
That's funny nostradamus you can't prove your side neither can I prove mine except for mine I have history on my side there's a reason it's been since 2011 since the eagles swept the series Prescott's nine and four against the eagles he's 33 and eight against the NFC East that's history the only thing that changes here was the fact that it took them half a season to get the defense in the run game playing better you get Prescott those factors that were different the first eight games this season before he got hurt they started using Rico as the number one bat when Parsons came back and they had over shown this defense was rolling Prescott wins those games more than he doesn't that's a fact I have history on my side there doesn't need to be any more argument because neither can prove our side but history tells me we do at least one one of those games.....

So I don't care what you have to say you're entitled to your opinion but I have history on my side those numbers say the fact that no team is 1 back-to-back NFC East titles in like 20 years that shows the parody in the division and the Dallas Cowboys would have beat the eagles at least one game because history says it Prescott hasn't changed it took this damn coaching staff which I can't wait to fire everyone that long to realize that we needed to stick to a run game like this last game you give yesterday's game to Prescott and we win that game if you look at the first quarter the defense came out and was making stops we ran Rico 10 times in the first quarter these are the types of play calls and game plans that are needed to win most games and yet when Prescott's out there the first half of both the last two years Mike McCarthy has an offensive coordinator has failed Prescott because he runs a completely different offense but Prescott just last year was second MVP voting second team all pro and just like usual he beats up on the NFC East I don't care outside the NFC East what he did or didn't do but history says we just put this series so you can argue all you want you're not gonna make me believe that we wouldn't have with a healthier defense the first game we were just getting some of our guys back and they were playing better but you can't have your backup offense in and claim the eagles somehow have gapped the Dallas Cowboys just because of the way they beat up our backups we had a preseason team out there both games it was worse even yesterday you go look at all the backups undrafted free agents practice squad guys yeah kudos to the eagles for beating up our backups yay but Prescott has history, history's on my side...

When you are undrafted, and become one of the better QB's of your day among really good QB's (Peyton, Brees, rodgers)...

How can you possibly be "over rated"?

Romo has some great numbers. Id show them but facts don't matter to haters....shown them a lot of timez just gets ignored.
Wins? Is that what you mean? Lack of them are all romos fault, eh?

It's a team game until conveniently not.

Loved Romo the first half of career but the second half he started showing up to camp overweight. His stats are very similar to Dak including playoff losses yet they are treated very differently even before Dak got overpaid like every other QB in the NFL gets overpaid. When Dak has lost, it has always been 100% his fault yet when Romo loses, the excuses are plenty and most untrue like "he never played with as good a defense or as good an offensive line, etc". Parcells built a Super Bowl roster than Wade inherited and under each coach then Garrett, Romo failed to get us past the divisional round. Double standard. Now you may not agree with my assessment but Romo is treated like he has the post season records of Staubach, White, and Aikman but he has Daks playoff record.

Dak has 77 career wins. He led Dallas three straight 12 win seasons prior to this year's disaster, but everyone tried to dismiss it as "Dak only beats bad teams".

So what happens this year? Cooper Rush comes in, beats a few bad teams himself, and instantly fans think he's the best thing since sliced bread.

If Dallas didn't make Dak the NFL's highest paid player, someone else would have. Soon enough another QB will surpass Dak. If you adjust for where the cap was in 2020 and where it is now, Dak only received a 1.3 percent raise with his new contract. The Cowboys aren't as crippled by his cap hit as some want to believe.
This poster is practicing to try and be Dak's new agent.

Well, that's about as biased, selective memory, and cherry picking as I have seen here.

Overweight? What was his weight? I remember people like yiu making fun when he was in a flak.

Romo treated like staubach? Dude come on. He gets as much hate as dak and you're proof.

We'll just disagree on almost all of that i guess. Nobody changes there minds on anything these days regardless of facts (like his pretty good career stats for example)

Naw this is facts. I liked Romo nothing against him but his fans are annoying as hell. He retired and now they talk about him like he was Brady.
