Yes.Really many great QBs do this? In a dry, no elements involved covered stadium?

I am sure someone can find one. How long do we wait? You mean like finding a needle in a haystack? Or, even a blind squirrel finds a nut.

The Cowboys won this game.
Thanks to the defense. The Cowboys won this game.
The same defense that allowed 400 all purpose yards that game? Thanks to the defense.
LOL, so you think tanking is the answer?Better draft position?
And "have a prayer"? That's what we take into the playoffs? No wonder.

You keep assuming the next step. And you just keep making things up in your head...arguing it, then claiming victory. Well...if that's what you need to do to get through the day and feel better about yourself......knock yourself out , kid.LOL, so you think tanking is the answer?
Get rid of our best players so we can lose and improve our draft position?
So you trust Jerry and Stephen to get rid of our best players, AND THEN replace them with upgrades via the draft????
Jerry Jones and Stephen Jones???? Those guys????
LMAAAAAOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

You QUITE LITERALLY said "better draft position" as the reason for trading Dak...You keep assuming the next step. And you just keep making things up in your head...arguing it, then claiming victory. Well...if that's what you need to do to get through the day and feel better about yourself......knock yourself out , kid.
You twisting things up so the original point is a million miles away.
For once...try to read what people actually say. Then argue THAT. If you have a question, say about consequences, might be best to ask. At least that's how adults work.

looks like the defense saved us . yet againThe Cowboys won this game.
Dak had 270yds and Zeke 157yds in that game. So please explain how did the defense saved us when they gave up 400+ yds?looks like the defense saved us . yet again
I know. I was as surprised as you are. I feel so enlightened with all the new thoughts and comments I learnedSo to summarize....
Dak cannot lead us to a Super Bowl
Jerry is a terrible GM
This are interesting takes that I don't hear much on this board. This feels radical to me
Hurts is not a dominant QB. He has a dominant defense and defense wins championships. Until Jerry Dumbo GM Jones, that is how the real Dallas Cowboys won, with defense and a running game. Having a great QB on those Dallas Cowboys Championship teams was as we say in LA, lagniappe. Staubach had a no.1 defense and a no.1 rushing game. Aikman had a no.1 defense and a no.1 rushing game. When you get paid like the number one guy and by a large margin, you better play like the number one guy! An 86 qb rating last year is about 7 points below average.
Dak won like 3 games last year and even more losses..86 qb rating (To be fair, I did enjoy the Pittsburgh win).
Cooper Rush went basically 5 (I am giving him the Cincinnati win because of that Penn State cornerback, who let the ball hit him on the kick off and the turnover) and 6 last year…83 qb rating
Anyway, not much difference. Basically the same performance… a mid 80’s qb rating number is the baseline for being a career back up.
For 60 million a year, shouldn’t that gap be significantly and I mean SIGNIFICANTLY wider? Thinking 101 qb rating along with 12 wins a year vs an 86.
Dak is taking up 20% of the cap while dude taking up .4% is playing about the same.
If you get paid like the man, you better be the man!!!
What point have you thought Dak could win 3-4 games in a row in the playoffs? He can barely win one.
It is not luck. You need dominant qb play in this league and the playoffs. He is NOT the guy. The Dak experiment needs to end. We need a new QB ASAP.
Go Cowboys!
