I know the niners are a great defense. But he just didn’t play well enough and I can’t defend it.

Some missed opportunities and a couple bad turnovers. That’s the difference in the game at this stage of the playoffs.

He just didn’t make enough plays and the mistakes he did make were huge and costly.

I can no longer defend him.

Mea culpa and all that.

He will likely be the QB another year or two. But once they can fiscally. Move on and try someone else. Just no more dumpster diving. Draft a QB high. That’s all I ask. Go for the green to put it in golf terms.

Gonna be a long offseason.

Prescot does not have what it takes to win SBs in this league. He's horrible when he has D-Linemen around him, throwing into coverages that are no win situations. He fricking sucks! Hell, the 9er rookie is the one who should be pulling down $40 mill a year, not Prescot.

Both can throw for some yards but come up small in the biggest games and will throw interceptions at the worst times. Both couldn't/can't get past the division round. (save me that Dak will next year or the next)

Dak isn't that good. He shouldn't be in the NFL.

If he had been playing for San Fran today, he’d still be playing next week. He’s not the reason we lost. He had no time to throw today and we are weak in the trenches. Troy aikman had much worst stats than Dak, we won then because we dominated the trenches. It’s how teams win, wether it college or pros. It’s why Georgia beat the hel out of tcu. It’s why we can’t get past the div round. Every team left in the playoffs is strong up front on both sides of the ball

No time to throw? Laughable. The pockets were clean most of the game.
