After the game the flood gates were pretty much open, but now the next morning I'm already seeing damage control on this forum. Operation Defend Dak is already back and will last until he's no longer a Cowboy. Actually forever.

Just saw Dak on First Fake say that he was gonna look at and study all of his interceptions in the off season....first of all, who here thinks he will really do that??? Who thinks that Corky will force him to do that??? Dak's presser was just more empty promises, and made me want to puke. But the main issue is that HIS BRAIN AND TALENT ARE NOT CAPABLE OF BEING CONSISTENTLY "BETTER".....it is never gonna happen. Dak got punked yesterday by a QB that was ONE PICK from being a Rookie Free Agent. And the sad cold fact is that Cooper Rush...despite his limitations...would 100% have safely care taken that game to victory yesterday.

The previous QB didn't consistently have this good of a team around him. Y'all just aren't smart football wise if you think Romo wouldn't get further if you replaced same age Romo on this team.

He may buts it’s factual he didn’t. Some y’all forget how he was famous for throwing to wrong team as well
Dak choked but let’s not forget so did Romo lots of you tend to forget

You’re replying to one person aka me so spare me this strawman bs about forgot anything regarding Romo. I stand by what I said if you think similar age Romo wouldn’t take this team further than Dak football wise you’re not smart. It is that simple. Using this stupid they went to the same round logic is something I expect from football dummies tbh. I know a few of y’all like Dak for non football reasons but show me the post where I said Romo never choked. This emotional logic you’re using is unbecoming. Stick to the facts of what I said and that is that Romo is an overall better qb than Dak but wasn’t perfect himself and I never said he was.

I Think It’s Only Fair To Consider Prescotts Injury To His Thumb On His THROWING HAND before we judge his season including this game.

On nfl.con there’s a article about that, sounds like Dak threw to the wrong guy. If true it’s nothing new, at least he threw it to his own guy

well, yes, he needs to fix that. I said it before the season that my biggest concern for him was his penalties in college. but he is a mauler, mean and powerful and we need more of those

Connor Williams played pretty well this year. Do we think this staff can fix it? Williams didn't really have the penalty problem until this staff arrived. IIRC, only one guy had more flags against than Tyler this year. Several weren't accepted due to other penalties or a failed play.

I know this- if Tyler were held to the same standard we want for Micah's blockers, he'd be getting 3-4 holds per game.
