Yeah I’m pretty sure the vast majority of people, outside of Dallas fans, would not say Dak’s the best QB in the NFC playoff race this year.

It’s a stupid topic anyway as there is no stand out QB and it will come down to which team is playing the best overall football late in the year
Solid play and a deep bench. Injuries are the great equalizer in the 2nd half of the season. You can have injuries in the 1st half and be back in the lineup come the playoffs. Injuries in the 2nd half put playoff availability at a severe risk.

Are you having a stroke?
Nope. I'm fine. Why do you ask? You think you're all that?...that you can give me a stroke? Dude....ya need to chill your ego a bit.

When you say things like this: "They'll even mask it (poorly) by contributing in other threads for cover."

You are making stuff up in your head.

Dude, you need help. You are WAY too sensitive to interact.

When will then Eagles slobbering begin…oh it already started…
They have been really good this year rather you want to admit it or not. Hurts is playing currently at a different level than Dak

We have not seen enough of Dak yet to determine that.
But yes, Hurts is playing very well. Far better than expectations. But surrounding talent helps as well. He has been more accurate on his deep passes as well.
Then again when your WR's and TE's are open by 10 yards, hard not to miss.

Don't understand why anybody in their right mind would think Hurts is better than Dak, he plays in the system tailor made for his skill set. Deep down he is still that bum from OU
That bum for OU took his teams further than Dak miss at. and that’s a fact

Looky what we have here....

In my mind, there are 5 legitimate teams in the NFL right now. Buffalo, KC, Philly, Dallas, and San Fran. The rest are maybe average at best and mostly just gawd awful garbage. This is the weakest NFL I've seen in my lifetime.

As such, an interesting development is occurring. Dak Prescott might be the best QB of the NFC teams that make the playoffs. Seriously.

Unless Rodgers or Brady figure out how to resurrect their catatonic teams, the candidates are Jalen Hurts, Jimmy Garoppolo, Kirk Cousins, Daniel Jones, Geno Smith, Marcus Mariota, Matt Stafford, and Dak Prescott.

Rodgers, Brady, and Stafford seem to be on the outside looking in. All three are running for their lives. So Dak and Cousins might the class of the NFC playoffs.

So attrition aside - and injuries will decide much of this - the Cowboys' ability to run the ball and play defense is quite formidable, along with Dak and his tight-end trio of goodness. Another wide receiver is unnecessary.

San Francisco is the scariest if they get it figured out. Philly is half good and half fraudulent because of a cupcake schedule, and none of the rest concern me in the least. Again, attrition aside.

Let Buffalo and KC laugh at the NFC for now; here's hoping the Cowboys can earn a chance to try them. Not a team in the NFL wants to go against this Dallas front if it's healthy come playoff time.
i hope he turns a corner especially in playoff and crucial games. That will define him. Mathew staffor and Jimmy took their teams to CCG and Super bowls. Dak has not and has looked bad or mediocre at such games. hope he gets there this year.

Speak for yourself Sparky. No one needs you jumping in and spewing nonsense. I don't care what you think. I do what I want. Don't like it, don't respond EVERYTIME you get the feels.

Dak has had terrific teams around him before and done nothing. He's middle of the pack.

Not this year, the league is so pathetic at the QB position, it may not matter. Dak is one of the best of a bad group.

Hence, the point. The NFC is awful.
Neither Romo nor Dak ever had a terrific team around them. They both had good to great receivers, TEs, RBs, and OLs. Neither ever had a good defense. I don’t put Dak in the same breath as Brady, Rodgers or Stafford. My point is that even elite QBs fail without a good team, especially a solid defense.

I'm sorry, I nodded out and missed the last 8 games of the season. Did we beat Greenbay, the Eagles? Seriously, we shouldn't count our chickens before they hatch.

Coaching for them has been excellent also helps when your front office gets you top tier talent I suppose but from what I’ve seen so far Hurts is head and shoulders above Dak but can change quickly if Dak gets in his groove.

Hurts and Geno are frauds. Cousins is basically Dak in a white man's body. Quarterbacking has gone the way of the do-do bird.

Given the constraints of their teams, Dak has the best chance to be the best of the bunch come playoff time.

Unless Rodgers or Brady can go full Lazarus in a hurry.
Lol

Dak isn't even the best QB in the division right now if we're basing it off the current season.

Hurts, Cousins, and Geno have all clearly looked better than Dak has this year.

If the playoffs started today, I'd rank Dak 4th amongst the NFC playoff teams QBs.

You dirtbag Eagles fan… LOL ;-)
