If I was him I would hire at different parts of the offseason, Kurt Warner, Drew Brees, Sean Payton and Bill Parcells ( or other gurus) for an executive look at his weaknesses.

If he needs a workout partner I would reach out to Tom Brady. Why Tom? Because you need to learn from someone who has dedicated their life to winning.
