Twitter: Dak: Oh, I’m back

Yeah Troy didn't make that terrible country music album and Tony didn't start dating starlets and spending every offseason trying to get his PGA card. They didn't have time to be having fun with their teammates.. They were too busy being "celebrities."
Okay but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about at work.

....just like you are a Dak lover seeing as how 99% of your posts are favorable towards him.

Well, he's the QB, so naturally a lot of us would be favourable towards Dak. I supported Romo to the hilt on the old site when he QBed here, and I will do the same for Dak. Additionally, when Dak and Romo were on the team at the same time during that season, I refused to debate who I wanted more.

I have no problem with my QB having a personality.. If you have heard the stories about Brady he is reportedly hilarious in practice and Rodgers is legendary for his pranks.. There is more than one way of skinning the proverbial cat.

And, when the next QB takes over after Dak, I will do the same until he's either no longer here or so bad to where I can't defend him in any way possible. I even supported Quincy Carter when he was the QB (as young as I was then and was not on here because I was between 3rd and 4th grade [held back in 4th grade] at the time).

:clap::clap: Yep but they say they are better than him. What's interesting is they call him out for his so-called "man crush" on Dak coz he doesn't care about the rest of the team. What they don't get is they are doing the same thing stalking every Dak thread but you rarely see them talking general football or posting in any other thread not titled Dak. LOL...shaking my head at a bunch of grown men.
Some of them are not grown men and others are the same person

Okay but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm sure Dak had a personality before he got paid.

at times yes I think we can all be. But I’ll also say you’re one who nibbles on the worm. You’re in on page 2. He has ticked you off by calling you the H word and you can’t wait to come back at him plus you feel like the powers that B let him slide.

for whatever reason that bothers you a lot. that’s one thing that’s never bothered me. I was called a Romo hater and a zeke hater only 1 of the 2 is accurate but I never lose any sleep on it.
Yes...it does.

No I don't. Lose sleep.

He wants wants so that's what he gets. He has even offered physical threats. Not sure why it's tolerated. He's a lunatic.

Look...you know I have enough grace to have disagreement and still be civil. I have been a fan of this team for 50 years. So yes...I'll will fight back when insulted....troll or no troll. And it's not just for me...he does it unfairly and insultingly to others as well. It is bad for our community....and causes the most trouble that he himself complains about. That's the part I most object to "powers that B".

Okay exactly what ARE you complaining about? Seems like the main issue is that you don't like the fact that he got paid.. as if the 31 million he made last year was just chump change..
Why must it be a complaint? Maybe it's just an observation. Like I previously mentioned, I don't recall Troy or Tony changing that much at work after they got paid. They remained the same people they always were as QB. Dak has changed. He's arrogant and cockier now like he owns the place. The only way I would have observed this is through Hard Knocks so maybe that's the only difference.

You are imagining that Dak has changed No more mushrooms for you. And I'm calling Willie so he can cut your supply off.

No doubt that the fur man spreads his love equally and unconditionally. Everybody love everybody.......but perhaps not literally :)

Yeah you are!

No Dallas did not "come back somewhat." They TOOK THE LEAD with 4 minutes left against Seattle.. That is not almost, not somewhat.. that is ALL THE WAY BACK.. Only to have the defense bend over and give it right back. They WON the game against ATL.. Again.. not almost, not somewhat, ALL THE WAY BACK. Cleveland? They scored 24 points in 10 minutes to cut the lead to 41-38. Just a LITTLE resistance from the defense and there is no doubt that too turns into ALL THE WAY BACK. No saying Dak or the offense were perfect on either day.. but in each case they did enough to give us a chance to win despite the defense getting bent over like a $20 *****. For the record I have stated many times that I do NOT want to see a repeat of Dak throwing for 450 yards a game.. I want him passing for 200-250.. managing the game and leading us to wins. But he can't do that if the defense is going to keep giving up 36 a game. To my knowledge no QB in the history of the NFL has led a team to scoring 37 a game so that automatically renders the "the QB needs to figure out how to win these games" argument null and void. Play better defense and the offense has to take fewer chances and the turnovers will come back down.. Again .. complementary football.
:hammer::hammer::hammer:

I can't even get past the first page of this post without reading the SAME, OLD AND TIRED hater talk. Its so sad. We are about to start FOOTBALL again and instead of showing hope, appreciation and happiness like NORMAL fans... its gotta be this gloomy crap again and again.

1st page... and im out.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All we need is for the defence to make a few stops! Not asking much, just play average or better defence. If they can do that, we can win a lot of games this year.
