I don't think anyone has said that he will be a RB1. But he can more then just a gadget player on the field for 5-10 plays.

Actually I was told by a very special CZ member that Vaughn is likely going to end up on the practice squad. So I will adhere to that wonderful advice until I hear otherwise LOL
