Put any QB on this team and they would look like a loser. You and the rest of the Dak haters who live in the moment would never be happy with any QB. If they look great one week everyone would be happy with them and as soon as they have a bad game, they suck and we need to move on.

Just to keep it short, they got everything wrong. Starting with not putting Romo back in for the playoff game. Then made things worst by tagging Dak. Since then, it's been nothing but downhill. And is VASTLY (I mean MASSIVELY) overpaid.

You’re completely lost if you believe that. The Cowboys would be no better than 1-5 with a lesser QB. The only win they would have is over the Browns. Dak completed over 80% of his passes against the Giants with 2 TDs and no turnovers. The Cowboys won the game by only 5 points because Daniel Jones had a turnover and couldn’t get the Giants in the endzone against our garbage defense. Dak single-handedly won the game against Pittsburgh in the closing minutes. No doubt we lose that game without him. So much for your claims that he chokes. Lol

We’ve had similar issues the past 9 years. If the QB sucked we wouldn’t have re-signed him twice. This year we have a team that sucks. The running game sucks. Our OL hasn’t been very good. Our receivers can’t get open and our defense sucks. The only reason we’re still hanging in at 3-3 and not 1-5 or 0-6 is our QB.

Putting Romo back in after he hadn’t played all season would have been going back to where we had already been with him. Dak played great that season and energized the team. It would’ve been ridiculous to go back to Romo. Dak went toe to toe with Aaron Rodgers in the playoff game, but our defense choked in the closing seconds. If it was up to you and others, we would be stuck without a viable QB. All we would be doing every other April is wasting draft picks on a QB, instead of trying to plug all the holes we have.

Dude, he overcame those turnovers and played his best football with the game on the line. He recovered Dowdle’s fumble and threw a TD pass on fourth down in a do or die situation. Go ahead and focus on the bad plays earlier in the game and ignore his game winning drive. Just part of your tiring agenda. If you think any team is going to come up with a QB that plays perfect for 60 minutes you’re lost. Mahomes has more INTs than Dak this season. He’s had his struggles, but has a great team around him.

You’ve said it all in previous posts. You would have rather had him walk and take your chances with a free agent QB and one in the draft. Put the current team we have around a free agent QB or one we drafted and we’ll be picking in the top 10 in 2026. I’m sure that wouldn’t bother you and others because you’ll hope it will put us in position to draft a better QB. We’ll just keep repeating that cycle every few years.

That just proves you don’t watch the games. We’ve never been able to put it all together as a team. When the offense has been clicking on all cylinders, the defense sucks. We’ve had some top offenses the past few years despite our lack of a running game because of our QB but our defense has consistently killed us. This season we haven’t been good on either side of the ball. The fan base isn’t surprised because we could see it coming. We did nothing in free agency. All we did was lose players and banked on the draft. Our draft picks haven’t provided much and we’re struggling.

What big names did the Texas bring in last year besides Stroud?

The QB can change everything literally overnight, or ya know, you can just stick with Dak and stay losing which it seems you prefer.
