Romo was considered a loser here with a 2-4 playoff record while the same people claim that Dak is a leader and a winner with a 1-3 playoff record……….ok

Tough to be a winner with Jones boys running the show. Tom Brady would be average here.

I disagree. Mike Brown has been the Bengals owner for the last 30 years. They lost 7 playoff games in a row until Mr. Joe Burrow became quarterback and they pulled off 3 playoff game wins in a row AND a super bowl appearance…….despite being sacked the most in the league last year, this guy done changed the game

food for thought

So about 30 years you say just to get lucky? What do we have about 3 years left?!!? So you are saying our time is coming?!!!?

…….depends if we get a cat like Burrow in the near future. Until then, it’s merely status quo

the Rams making big changes via free agency every 4 to 5 years……we just sit back and hope a 4 th round Qb or an UDFA Qb will be the next Marino

he changed the game thats ridiculous. Was he named NFL MVP because if he wasn't that travesty for payer who changed the game LMAO.. stop the exaggerating

nick Foles did the same things a backup for the eagles and WON THE GAME other examples of good players being on great teams and doing their job well. Mahomes could be said to have changed the game..hes done far more since his first game to now then burrows. I like him Hes been very good to great but lets wait and see his next 3 years and see what hes still doing to change the game :lmao::facepalm::muttley: wasnt he a #1 overall pick?? wasnt he supposed to be this good? :popcorn:Mahomes was picked top 10 dont remember 15th?? hes far exceeded the naysayers who said no way an ex TT air raid player could do this..

Nope, you could have been LESS EXTRA

Yes Joe had great 2nd season, no doubt but TBD how he fits in with game changing players, especially QB as player lie TB12 gets picked in the 6th round and wins 7sb and still playing at 45 LOL that game changing . his move to TB and wins another sb never done at that age.. just saying lets let Joe develop his career and see how this goes.

I didnt watch a ton of Conci games too closely but given we will see him game 2, i will have chance to put him under a microscope. If i can watch it all the way through LOL

Nice. I'm hoping he's up for the challenge. If rookie Smith plays LT well then we'll make some noise.

The way I see, they drafted him for a reason. I really really wanted to see him at guard, but I'm over it. I wanna see him kill it at tackle. He can do it.

We can then bring in a guard.

hopefully our pass rush can get him off his game. This is the one game, against the Rams Bucs and Bengals, where I believe our offense can be most effective. I’m less sure about the offense being as successful against the Bucs and Rams defense.

Stealing 2 out of those 3 games would be an incredible start.

You can’t. I went to 3 leadership academy’s and lived it for 21 years.
Oh i could. Let me rephrase my view for simpletons:
Dak is a leader. A failed one.

The mission has failed. For whatever reason(s). A true leader takes responsibility. Even if things are beyond his control. A leader takes the heat....and then changes things to achieve the mission.
You are being bamboozled by things people are supposed to say. Do you believe everything jerry says? No? But all the players?...you believe. It suits your agenda.
Okay so you been to leader classes. Big deal. The way you treat people here (not just me) speaks louder than your certificates.

Like I said you don’t know what leadership is and you prove it with every post.

And you don't know what being a good human being is and you prove with every post.

Just you sitting around arguing about it on an internet sports message board.....is very telling.

Those who can't do, lecture.

Like a true leader.

Inspire and will the team to achieve it's mission. We have failed to do that over and over again. Maybe not for lack of trying.....there are numerous reasons.

I think some here believe that “teammates liking him” is a sign of leadership. I’m sure the guys do like a guy like Dak that doesn’t call them out for their blown assignments or lack of execution

guys like Brady and Rodgers won’t win popularity contests because they call out teammates to get the best out of them and hold them accountable……Dak just wants to be liked and avoids confrontation.
