I can see middle ground more than fall apart. Because of our lack of moves overall, other than either cheap ones or draft picks, we could easily fall behind teams that were close to our level but did more to improve their rosters. But at the same time, I think the core of our team will keep us better than the bunch that had/have a long way to go. That could produce a 9-8- or 8-9-type season. There were 11 teams worse than that last year and and nine others either 9-8 or 8-9.
