QBs that run as much tend to get injured. So we are seeing that with him. QBs have to first know how to pass from the pocket, scrambling, running and mobility are secondary.

^ This. I have been saying what the list is since 2010 (I think). The balloting system is intentionally flawed for hype purposes only.

I know it would bore a (probably significant) portion of NFL Network's audience but it would be great if they used a scientifically sound poll among players. Getting insight on how players actually gauged their peers' performance solely on what they did the previous season would be entertaining to me.

I would put them ahead of Jackson. I am not a big Jackson fan. I would put a lot of QBs ahead of jackson. A RB playing QB position.

If we have Lamar, hurts, fields and other qbs that run so much, doesn't that explain the value of running backs going down?

They all say that running mobile qbs are the future but still insist that Rbs are to be paid top dollar. ..can't have it both ways
