Exactly, now imagine Dak having those numbers this year, we would be 12-4 at least, unfortunately he wasn't even close, hence the 8-8 record.

Nothing will matter until we get rid of JG and his crappy scheme.

Romo is as good as you are going to find when it comes to a franchise QB yet he was only able to win 1 playoff game with JG as the HC. Only other QB that may have done better in JG's crappy scheme is ARod. He's a once in a life time talent.

Best thing that can happen is JJ firing JG. Second best thing is JJ forcing JG to hire an innovative OC and let him run his own system. Not some version of JG's crappy scheme.

You could be right but as a fan for 50 plus years and watching how Jerry does things I would doubt we draft one and if we did probably in the 6th round hoping for a Brady.

I agree with this. Dak really needs help in the off season but we have seen how good he can play if we leverage his strengths. We also have seen epic struggles when we don't. The lesson here. Play to his strengths.

Not true, Arians has actually gotten his team to the NFC championship, so he has been close, while garrett gets beat by a team full with injuries

My tale is I agree with him because when you are winning the avg fan will overlook certain things and if you bring them up you're a hater. I'm sure a few did bring those things up last year but nobody paid attention.

I disagree about his issues being fixable because if they were why haven't they been already? This isn't a new knock on Dak. It's like Lonzo Ball jumpshot or a overweight person that knows they should lose weight. When you've been doing things a certain way for so long it's hard to get out of that habit even if it's better for your job, relationship, life, etc. I think it's that way with him improving his accuracy but hopefully he is one of the few that changes it up after so long.

I agree with you on the other things being more instinct but I think if you have trust in the plays that can help speed things up some. If you know what's going to happen before it does if you trust the plays/your eyes you should be comfortable letting the ball go before it should imo.

Pointing this out only for accuracy purposes, Arians first Coach of the Year award was won while in Indianapolis, filling in for Chuck Pagano.
