He was great tonight but the only way through to a Super Bowl is to be equally good next week. Consistency. His final hurdle.
Stationary pocket Dak not nearly as effective as the # 4 on display tonight . Hope this is where he stays .
Personally, I’ve NEVER rooted against anyone wearing the star .. since 1965. I simply don’t understand today’s athlete who feels it’s OK to mail it in on occasion. Not necessarily Dak or any singular player, just the entire attitude of a generation. Back in the day, at this juncture, I’d have no reservation about what kind of effort was going to be expended. Today, I don’t know.Do you root for Dak’s success each and every game?
When we are losing a game, do you still root for him to make plays or do you privately hope for failure in the hope that somehow he ends up leaving the team?
That’s the insidious nature of fandom.
There were *many* members of the board who were actually 100% fine with a loss because they want Dak to fail or they wanted McCarthy to get fired and make way for Payton.
What kind of fandom is that?
I don’t get it.
If you weren’t such a hater you’d know the nuances of the game and understand that the team hasn’t been consistent of late.“Haters”, perhaps. Those of us who are driven mad by Dak’s inconsistency and who reasonably look for professional athletes to “do their job” .. are not.
THIS team can compete for a Championship, question is, WHICH team will take the field from week to week.
WTH .. You attempt to insult me and confirm my post. Try again. If you weren’t such a hater you’d know the nuances of the game and understand that the team hasn’t been consistent of late.
