It really depends on the context of why Romo is brought up though. In the end it doesn't matter because Dak chokes when it matters on his own with no relevance to Romo, but when there are similar behaviors sometimes a comparison helps. Like the penchant for not throwing the ball away when it's a good play. Who tells them not to throw it away and why?
