He played well, aside from the continued struggles in the RZ — which is not entirely his fault.

We are going to need more points from the offense than what they have been contributing to this point, so hopefully they trend up

Huge test next week vs SF

AC it doesn’t count. The national media only cares about what Dak does in the Redzone. The Dak negative narrative just keeps changing. It’s sad that so called Cowboys fan can’t see what Dak has done against two top 10 defenses that shut down Allen, Tua, Huts and Mahomes.
I hear you brother. It's sad how some Cowboys fans can't see the value in Dak. Hopefully, Dak balls out against San Francisco this next game, but we also need everyone else to show up (Oline, receivers, RBs and playcalling). If everyone does their job, Dak certainly can do his.

This kind of information doesn’t push their narrative.

Two very good defenses hes done well against.

Big test next weekend as we may be playing from behind that game.

My only complaint from dak this game was id wish hed try throw the ball away before he gets sacked. Two times we lost some good field position cause of that and not like hes fast enough to elude anyone anymore. But that being my only complaint means he had a heck of a game.

I mean, is there any chance at all that all 5 members of the starting offensive line can actually start a game together at some point? Until they do, I shall reserve judgement on what this offense is truly capable of. That said, is there any point in being at your peak in week 5 of a season?

Next Sunday will be the games of all games (in this season so far).

Personally I don't think Dak played that good yesterday and the whole offense really (once again) haven't tributed as much to the win as they should have. This team can not continue to be as onesided as it is right now. Against Arizona the defense couldn't get it done, so the offense should have been stepped up and scored 29 points. They couldnt even get close against a mediocre defense. Dak gets his completion rate because MM has totally designed the game around his abilities now. And I don't mind that. But every now and then the QB has to deliver outside of that design too in order to push a team over the finishing line. I'm still waiting for our QB to do just that.

But with that being said: If they can win next week they have proven that they're good enough to win it all. And that's good enough for me. So let's wait and see.
