Build through the draft, Get a couple of players through FA. Give Dak the non exclusive tag. He can test the market if a team offers him a contract the cowboys can match or get 2 first round picks.

I have no misconceptions on what Dak is worth. Dak is a top 7 QB. Those guys get big money. And he is in his prime.

No point in insulting Dak, just sign him to what he wanted. 35 million for 4 years.
