The Cowboys have a big problem. Dak is killing their cap and it will get worse. You can't cut or trade him. Jerry conned himself thinking Dak would get him a Superbowl. Even if he come to his sences it's too late. I think they will still extend him. If it were me I would ride his contract out and cut him when I could.

He can be a March 2024 cut that will save 34 mill against the cap.

Yes. Restructure other contracts such as Martin, Lawrence, etc to get enough cap room.

Not like this team uses FA other to dumpster dive.

They both are mediocre and can only get you so far.

If Dak could extend plays it would be different but he’s a untalented passer that is slow at making reads and isn’t always accurate.

If you want to win vs a ham sandwich team then he’s your guy but you aren’t beating elite teams with this clown unless he is carried to the finish line.

Man.... im pretty much done with Dak after that game. It's not all his fault because we couldn't run the ball and guys weren't getting open....

But this was a mid-season, playoff level game, and Dak showed tonight that he isn't on that level. This was his chance to overcome the odds, but..... well we all saw the game.

Dak is a good quarterback, but we need better than good.

If we got a young QB in here and then said, "we like the young guy..." yeah. But that's not what happened...we exposed all of Dak's weaknesses after 8 years of trying to prop him up. His trade value is nada.
 
Is our cap situation with dak as bad as the broncos with wilson? Id say yes because we have alot of talented players that are wasting and the broncos are prob in full rebuild.

He’s a guy that has to be carried.

Stop paying him like he’s not that type. It’s dumb.
