LOL, coming from a coach who will be getting canned along with the rest of the staff after the season. That's something any HC would have the courtesy to say, especially someone with class like Lovie. He's not gonna dump on his own players.

We all know about Dak.
He would definitely know better than ANY of us on this forum. Lovie is a helluva defensive mind.

What's funny is....had Lovie said Dak is one of the worst QBs in our league, you Dak haters would have jumped all over that bandwagon. But Lovie, who's a very good defensive coach, said he's one of the best and it sends you Dak haters into a frenzy. This is coming from a coach who knows defense very well....lol.

LOL! Come on man. You Dak slobberers are getting desperate. If Houston wasnt so pathetic and cashed in one of the worst picks I ever saw in 50 plus years of watching football like any average team does, this goes down as one of the most embarassing losses in franchise history. Almost as bad as losing to them in 2002.
Considering our playoff meltdowns, there’s no regular season game I’d ever call a top 10 embarrassing franchise loss. I’ve been watching the Cowboys since 1966. I’ve seen this happen with a loss more often than most can imagine. It hasn’t happened as much recently because we haven’t had teams good enough to assume victory.

disagree, i guess you missed the dropped passes, 2 dropped tds, poor routes, poor pay calls, OL had Defenders running into him while trying to follow through.. right, the team had zero do to with Daks struggles.. LMAO..I guess the muffed punt also daks fault. This dynamic doomsday 2 defense couldn't stop the short fields twice =14 points, i mean it was the lowly Htown O, was it not , zero sacks? could've held them to a FG or no points?

Blind hate=haters he maybe not elite but still a top 10..watch closer..its a team game. remember all the plays...
Lol..just wrote in another thread. The lies that are told the day after are just fantasy. You watched a different game than everyone yesterday bc Dak was horrible and there’s no denying it. He hit to corners directly in the hands. His first bounced off corners hands into the safeties hands. The second by our own end zone was thrown directly into the corners hands. Blaming those on anyone but our duck throwing, simple minded qb is just ridiculous. Have a nice day telling you fiction.lol

Not me. I think he was commenting on Dak’s overall play when he probably exaggerated a little. Yesterday, Dak was bad….period, but so was just about everyone not named Zeke. I actually saw Zeke breaking tackles yesterday. I was shocked. Dak needs to learn that bad teams often come out and whip good teams early. You have to be patient, not chase points or even the lead. Who cares if a bad team is tied or winning at the half? It means nothing. Yesterday was never going to be a blowout because the Texans defense was playing great! Our defense was being exposed and not shutting a terrible offense down. But if Dak doesn’t chase points, throws the ball away against a good rush or when receivers aren’t open, he’d hear boos from stupid, frustrated fans, but the result would have likely been an eventual uneventful 10 point victory. He played poorly….period, but he also plays great at times. Next week should be fun.

Man.. some just hate. Moore changed his playcalling after Turpins fumble. Was no longer a schemed plan. You saw that first drive, was done right. Turpin fumbles and made a half as$ attempt to recover it. And our Defense got a look at what teams are going to be doing. They are eliminating trying to eliminate Parsons and now Quinn had to figure out how and where to move him.

Yeah after the fumble Moore got way off track. This scares me going into post season..

Dak was horrible, but you are not paying attention if you think the second INT was a duck bad throw. Watch the replay they showed twice on TV. Shultz was open. Ball’s man hit Dak’s elbow or arm as the ball was delivered. That’s why it floated out to the right, nowhere near Shultz. That’s documented by the replay and the announcers. The first INT should have never been thrown….it would have been a lucky completion at best. Dak played poorly, and while Dan Orlavsky and others talk about how well Dak usually reads the defense, throwing to the right guys, yesterday, Dan said he had no idea what was up with Dak. He was trying to make throws that should never have been thrown. Other than the final drive, no one can argue Dak played well.

And we know the real reason why they'll never accept Dak.
And why is that, my reason is simple he sucks and that’s based on true to the eye performances. Y’all go on and on about his meaningless stats but he turns the ball over or fails to surmount a drive a critical points in the game.

You don’t think he scouted Dak with All 22? He just woke up one day to coach?

Oh, Im sure he watches the All 22 in such amazement that he just cannot take his eyes off just how elite Dak is. I'll also bet he has his team watch Dak play so they can become a good football team. I did hear that he does have a picture of Dak on his nightstand. Such an amazing QB!

My point is that all these supposed qb gurus using the vaunted 'eye test' could not pick a better qb if given the chance. Most of the guys screaming about how garbage dak is are the same ones who were here hyping up the red rifle a couple years ago.. Listen, I think Dak is a good qb with lots of room for improvement. He's not the #1 guy in the league but he's far from our weakest link.
yeah dak isnt garbage, but he is inconsistent , from real good to real bad.

My fav new qb is this Purdy in SF, he looks good and is consistent. only 2 games, and one as starter to evaluate, but he has been vg.
