That’s a bad take…..wanting to protect what you have EARNED is not a bad thing. It would be monumentally naive to think there aren’t tons of women who absolutely would want to take a man for everything they can….it happens all the time. No person should be able to take half of what they DID NOT earn. Prenups make sense…..if you divorce someone, they shouldn’t be able to take what they didn’t earn. Someone would be a damn fool to risk their own worth like that….its a bad take”contract” if someone gets rewarded for breaking the “constant” like in marriages. SOME alimony sure, but no more than like 100,000k a year, and that’s even a lot. Why should he have to pay for her to live easy AFTER they are no longer in a relationship, especially if she cheated or something?
