The cap number (11,700) stays the same it just increases by 5 pecent with each kid.

So with 2 kids your cap is 25% of up to 11700 a month which is just under $3k a month payment.

There needs to be a cap on child support amounts….some of the amounts I’ve seen are absolutely ridiculous. Nobody should be forced to work to take care of an ex under the guise of “child support”. Seen things like 10k+ a month, no child on earth needs 10k a month, that’s baby momma support. She would get to sit on her but and CHOOSE not to work while he is forced to pay her bills and his kids. It’s so stupid. Max it at like 2k or 3k a month. It’s child support, not making the father an indentured servant onto the mother.

Why shouldn't she be allowed to be a full-time mom?

Forcing one parent to be the indentured servant of the other just because they have a high paying job is ridiculous….one parent shouldn’t be allowed to sit back and chill while the other is forced to pay all the bills and lifestyle of the other under the guise of “child support”…these like 15k a month amounts….absurd.

Right, the kids don't deserve the same quality of life as their father?
