Dak Prescott vs Wentz vs Goff Draft

Goff looked really stiff to me, and supposedly has not exactly wowed anyone so far in camp. Both Goff and Wentz looked like community college QBs in their debuts, but at least Wentz looked (if not played) like someone you could see being an NFL QB.

He could also go 23-23 325 yards 4 TDs........thats the future we can only go off what did happe.

Any player in the draft could be a bust or a diamond in the rough. All of us are guessing one way or another.

The Cowboys did a couple of things right in the draft.

Dak was one. Tapper the other. I guess I am fine with the 6th rd picks too.

Seriously. I clearly remember reading how Wentz was so good despite his numbers.

If Wentz's performance was considered good, then Dak must be considered absolutely amazing.

IMO one of the three will be great, the other two might not even make good.
Check back in three years to see which one is Ryan Leaf and which one is Andrew Luck.

It's early of course...but man the excitement is all in good fun.
This is entertainment. What's more entertaining? Being excited and happy early or sitting around thinking negative...even if you are being realistic it still is more fun to let go of that and enjoy the ride.

I wasn't talking about today, but rather if Dak develops into a legitimate QB. And then if Wentz busts as well.

I think some of you are missing the point. And I think 99% of you are doing it intentionally.

The point isn't that Dak had a good game and Wentz/Goff didn't. I don't care about the stat line. I care about how they looked. Goff didn't look poised, he looked stiff, undersized. He looked like a rookie straight out of college. Wentz looked like a low IQ QB with bad mechanics. I mean, ****, this guy is still trying to figure out how to slide correctly.

You then have Prescott who was poised in the pocket, throwing accurate deep balls, commanding the huddle well. This is a 4th round pick while the first and second picks are still figuring out the fundamentals of the QB position.

Dak probably will have a few bad plays or a bad preseason game. It'll happen. This still doesn't take away the red flags I saw with Goff and Wentz, and it had nothing to do with the team that was around them.
