I know you won’t give in. The defense played phenomenally and gave a fantastic effort-but every defense can wear down. They made plenty of stops and bailed the offense out again and again. 3.5 yards average per run against today and the Cowboys averaged that against SF. 312 yards offense SF 282 for DAL.

That deflected pass was not some easy pick-those are much harder to catch than you want to make out. There were 2 other should be picks for the 49ers in the game. Dak was way off on lots of other throws (all over the field short/medium/long). He was bad today and the biggest difference between winning and losing the game. Maher made his two field goals and missed an extra point. You are grasping at straws.
Buddy Dak was not good tonight. This has been established. But I just want to make sure you understand that we were playing the #1 defense in the NFL tonight. Not sure what you were expecting.

I was expecting a tight game (and it was-if SF was leaps and bounds better the scoreboard would reflect that). Zero unforced interceptions would be nice and better throws. Turnovers can definitely be forced, but Dak was given ample time to make a decision on whether to throw it or not on each interception and near interception.

Make better decisions with the ball as he is in his 7th year and should know the quickest and surest way to lose games is turning it over. Be more precise when given time. He was off today and has made inconsistent his defining characteristic.

He was off today? Wow, thats some genius stuff there.

Should we cut him because he was off against the #1 defense in the NFL?

Maybe you should be in charge. Should we trade for Purdy?

Dak sucked tonight. He sucked a lot this year, He also had some good games. He's too inconsistent. You never know which Dak you're going to get. And he said he was going to stop those interceptions all year. Well he hasn't yet. Empty promises.

Other teams and QBs have had much better success against the same defense (and recently). Geno Smith just put up 23 points last week with a vastly inferior offense than Dallas. Jarrett Stidham put up 34 points a couple weeks before that.

You are acting like SF has the best defense in the history of the game and expecting Dak to have a better game is somehow ridiculous. He was the biggest reason for the loss today (and there weren’t a ton of other big factors).

I like Dak, adore him, but…
Show me. What I saw today didn’t look like “the guy.” I’m sorry.

Geno lost the Niners 3 times this year genius.

Best defense in the history of the game? Those are your words buddy.

Dak had a bad game. The Niners were the better team, get over it. Its not like Zeke poured in a 100 yard effort to lend a hand.

Dak is not Mahomes. You will have to get over that one too. When we find a better QB, he will play. Until then all you can do is cry about it I guess.

For Dak it was a bad year for picks. Very unlike him. It happened again in the Niners loss.

Nothing embarrassing about losing a close game to the #1 team in the NFL on the road in the 2nd round.
First of all that is not the #1 team in the NFL, Philly will soundly beat them... number 2, leading the league in interceptions and then continuing it into this playoff game is kind of embarrassing.
He promises it won't happen again but I'm sure he didn't plan on throwing any in this game either but it happen twice so I wouldn't put too much stock in his guarantee.

Ill take that bet. In soundly you mean by 14 points or more?

In my opinion they and the Bengals are the best teams.

Picks happen and teams usually lose when the QB throws multiple picks.

I think it’s legit pathetic that he said that. Like it’s something he can control. By that logic he allowed himself to throw those INTs and now won’t anymore

The cowboys best taught thing is teaching their stars to say the right thing to sell hope
I thought the same thing, if he can control it so easy then why the heck didn't he control it tonight... sounds like empty promises to me.

I would not be surprised at all if they beat them by 14 points but if that's the best team in the NFL then you wouldn't need the 14 pts anyway to take that bet.

Purdy was the better QB today, so I guess that tips the balance to SF. Seattle does not have Dallas’ defense. Scoring 23 today wins the game likely. McCaffrey did next to nothing today.

I get it-you are going to die on your hill without conceding the Cowboys should be making plans to move on asap from Dak. Gotta actually make a concerted effort to draft or trade for a better QB-and no one really knows it will work better (no risk no reward).

You are the one that made the outlandish claim about soundly beating them. If you dont want to back up your claim then dont say it.

Personally I think its fairly even, but I think the Niners are better. Having the game in Philly is an advantage.

One way to ensure Dak throws less interceptions for Dallas is to trade him somewhere else where he can throw his interceptions. I am tired of his promises. He can't control his INTs and he knows it.

Back up my claim? I'm not backing down from my claim, Eagles will soundly beat the 49ers... you're the one that made the outlandish claim that the 49ers are the best team in the NFL, heck they are probably the 4th best team left in the playoffs.

dak could have not thrown two poor picks today and we could have won. He was the sole reason we lost.

His pick before halftime resulted in a six point swing. It was just an awful play and playcall for that matter.
