This has become the expected with Prescott. And I think this endears him to the fans better than photos in limos with starlets.

I think he is more than aware the greatest criticism of him is his contract. Putting in the work makes the fans feel better.

The proof will be this season and can he get the picks down to a manageable number? If he doesn't, nobody cares how early or hard he works.

It is all about the results.

The only thing that will make Jerry do something drastic is to not be in the mix at all.

So, yes, the failure of the Zeke/Dak era has me hoping for failure so embarrassingly bad that even Jerry Jones has to change his ways.

Well, that’s what great leaders do.

The issue with Dak has never been his work ethic, leadership, or willingness to take responsibility. It's been his ability to see more of the field, process coverage quickly, recognize the hole in the coverage, anticipate a receiver coming out of his break, then placing the ball accurately at a spot where the receiver will be when the ball gets there, and at a place where a DB can't get it. His issue has always been more mental than physical.

Not saying he can't do it. He just doesn't do it with enough consistency. Especially in critical moments and big games.

The "results" are what does NOT "endear" him to fans. Two epic playoff failures in a row.

Fans don;t care what he does in the off season. Oh....he's "working"...in the "off season"? While the rest of us toil every single day? Sorry....it doesn't tickle my fancy.
