Lol, there are 15+ quarterbacks every team would take ahead of him. Including Dallas.
Absolutely not. You could argue Stafford and Herbert in addition. But nobody else below Dak on that list would clearly be favored over him.

Rodgers is waaayyyyy gone at this point

Watching how awful Lance was made me appreciate Dak. Plus I was still emotional off the last loss so of course I was down on Dak. I had a whole offseason to come back around to Dak being our best option and a pretty good QB all thing considered.
Lance will do that. 5 interceptions in a preseason game will have you wishing for Rush

I like Lamar Jackson. I just don't think he's the 2nd best QB in the league. He's way over rated. I loved his effort in the game against the Chiefs, it was valiant to say the least. But you can't play like that for 17 weeks and expect to not get injured. He has to become a better passer. Rely less on his legs. He's not even close to the second best QB in this league.

At his best, he’s top 5 when every QB other than him are playing their worst…

How's your boy Shedur today? Got one more garbage time TD in him?
Clearly you don’t even know what we were debating. He was never my boy and clearly you didn’t read my first post on him in that thread. Him sucking it up doesn’t mean Dak was some “elite talent” in college carrying bums nor does it change what I said when you inserted yourself into the thread, which is based on the tape, Sanders still has a stronger arm and faster release than Dak, but criticism still is that the offense his father is running an offense just for his stats, not actually winning and there are questions about his ability to go through his reads.

No I didn't. I got lost somewhere within all your other long winded ramblings. Of course Dak wasn't elite in college, but he's played better in the NFL than some "elite" talents in college ala Watson, Lawrence, Tua, Baker, Murray. Who else?

So basically you are saying you read like Dak reads defenses.

Not elite, but spent all that time saying Dak was playing with trash and it weren’t for him, they would have pretty much won like 2 games.

Imagine saying he played better than Watson, who was drafted as a junior, when he threw for 41 TDs and 17 INTs at a 67% clip and for over 4500 yards while going 14-1 and blowing out Ohio State on the Fiesta Bowl 31-0..

No I just don't bother following you. You ramble badly.

Both things can be true. There is not one player he had on offense that got even close to making an NFL team. You seriously comparing Deshaun Watson who played in Clemson with Dabo Swinney and had NFL players to Dak who played at Mississippi State with 10 people on offense I never heard you once name a player from?

But that said, I agree Deshaun was better than Dak in college. But in 2024, Dak is ranked 6 and Deshaun is 25. Isn't that the current circumstance?

Yet you responded..

I’m not the one doing the comparing buddy, you are. So now you are crying that Watson had a better team, even though you said Dak played better than all these “elite” QBs in college.

The reason Dak was on Mississippi State and Watson was on Clemson, is because Clemson would never have Dak as their starter.

No re-read. I said Dak has played better in the NFL than all those "elite" college QBs similarly has done. Watson being one of those.

It's cute you said Clemson doesn't want Dak. But main point being...... players can get better, and Dak has elevated himself to 6 while those "elite" college QBs are middling around the average. So yeah. People like you started your vendetta by cruxifying Dak in college. He was never as bad as you guys had him as. He was very good.... he was in the Heismas race. I admit he was below Watson in college, but in the NFL he has surpassed him greatly.
