No re-read. I said Dak has played better in the NFL than all those "elite" college QBs similarly has done. Watson being one of those.

It's cute you said Clemson doesn't want Dak. But main point being...... players can get better, and Dak has elevated himself to 6 while those "elite" college QBs are middling around the average. So yeah.... people like you started your vendetta by cruxifying Dak in college. He was never as bad as you guys had him as. He was very good.... he was in the Heismas race. I admit he was below Watson in college, but in the NFL he has surpassed him greatly.
So I mis-read. So now let’s get back up your comparison:

1. Was Dak drafted in the first round as a franchise “savior”? Watson first 4 years are better than Dak’s first 4 years statistically and it’s not Even close. In Watson first season as a starter, his second year, he threw for well over 4000 yards, they went 11-5, 26 TDs and 9 INT. He only started in 7 games his first year. It took Dak his 4th year to break 4000.

I’m not even sure where you get your comparisons from.

2. Did any of those guy you mention have 3 all-pros on OL and the best rushing attack in the league?

3. How many of those guys are in year 9?Watson was basically suspended for rape. Was out the league for 2 years and couldn’t do anything football related.

Tua is just as bad as Dak, can’t throw intermediate routes. The only reason the Miami-Dallas game was close last year is because Ty’s was all over the place on those routes, missing wide open WEs. He had a quicker release than Dak though but can’t throw deep decently.. I wouldn’t want Tua either.

Trevor broke 4000 in his second year, his first year doesn’t even count because it was the Urban Meyer year.

1. How's Dak in his 5th year? Threw 1850 yards. On pace for 6000. Good chance he breaks the all time season yard record. But he only played 5 games.

2. Dak's O-Line got whipped badly in first playoff SF game. They were the little boys to SF's big boys. Dak basically had that ideal team with 3 All-Pro lineman and a league best rushing attack for 1 year. What if he had more stabs with that team? I think he wins a Super Bowl or gets to one.

3. Watson is finished. He's back from suspension now. His suspension shouldn't affect his ability as a football player or he's just no good. Dak was also better than all those guys in Year 4 or 5 as well.

Oh so we talking garbage time yardage in losses against prevent defenses is evidence he would break 6000 yards, as every game that followed, Dallas would continue to get blown out in the first half, and would have to claw its way back against prevent defenses to still lose..

So how many TOs would he have had with those 6000 yards, since he had 7 in 4 games? Around 22?

LOL.. now his OL was mediocre except for 1 year…. The all pros just forgot being all pros, even though they still made all pro teams..

Correction, at that pace, it would be 29 plus TOs.. why stop at yards?

LOL he had 4 TD runs that could've easily been passes but he decided to not risk it because he was a team player. That was also a bad team with 3 good players lmao. Dak, Martin, D-Law. Diggs and Lamb were just rookies.... they didn't get good until the next year.

Of course that team was gonna look awful and QB takes the blame for losses and garbage time which weren't his fault. So he was on pace for more like 35 or 36 TDs. Didn't he have 36 last year and led the league?

I don't remember his TOs.

His OL wasn't mediocre, but Tyron was out for 4 or 5 games. Adding the fact that he had nobody to throw to but a washed up Dez Bryant... of course we're gonna lose some games with a one-dimensional offense and a QB that wasn't used to playing in a passing oriented system. You need to give him time to learn. But he only needed 3 games to do so, as we went 4-1 in our last 5 games!

Absolutely not. You could argue Stafford and Herbert in addition. But nobody else below Dak on that list would clearly be favored over him.

Rodgers is waaayyyyy gone at this point
Nope. There are several.
