So I mis-read. So now let’s get back up your comparison:No re-read. I said Dak has played better in the NFL than all those "elite" college QBs similarly has done. Watson being one of those.
It's cute you said Clemson doesn't want Dak. But main point being...... players can get better, and Dak has elevated himself to 6 while those "elite" college QBs are middling around the average. So yeah.... people like you started your vendetta by cruxifying Dak in college. He was never as bad as you guys had him as. He was very good.... he was in the Heismas race. I admit he was below Watson in college, but in the NFL he has surpassed him greatly.
1. Was Dak drafted in the first round as a franchise “savior”? Watson first 4 years are better than Dak’s first 4 years statistically and it’s not Even close. In Watson first season as a starter, his second year, he threw for well over 4000 yards, they went 11-5, 26 TDs and 9 INT. He only started in 7 games his first year. It took Dak his 4th year to break 4000.
I’m not even sure where you get your comparisons from.
2. Did any of those guy you mention have 3 all-pros on OL and the best rushing attack in the league?
3. How many of those guys are in year 9?Watson was basically suspended for rape. Was out the league for 2 years and couldn’t do anything football related.
Tua is just as bad as Dak, can’t throw intermediate routes. The only reason the Miami-Dallas game was close last year is because Ty’s was all over the place on those routes, missing wide open WEs. He had a quicker release than Dak though but can’t throw deep decently.. I wouldn’t want Tua either.
Trevor broke 4000 in his second year, his first year doesn’t even count because it was the Urban Meyer year.
