And he was moving the team up field at times when penalties happened that put us in long situations. If it wasn't for the penalties I don't think the game would have been close, Instead of being negative people should appreciate the defense. they hung in there for the most part tonight. It's about time.No. No he didn't.
Minnesota has a very good defense and the passes were not there tonight. The receivers were blanketed all game - and Dak made a few key passes even when they were blanketed (see: Dez's first catch of the game on the opening drive).
He also made three key third downs himself on 3rd and long by using his feet when no one was open.
The kid played very well today and honestly he was a key ingredient in the win.
The same ones complaining are the same ones that make excuses when Tony throws interceptions. Some just want Tony in the game no matter what. That was an aggresive defense that attacked our quarterback. The majority of quarterbacks in this league would have fumbled.
Dak has 7 fumbles this season, 4 recovered by the opponent so far this season. He has 2 INT's. That is 6 turnovers out of 387 combined passing and running attempts. He turns the ball over for an average of every 77 attempts.
Tony Romo only has one season in which he fumbled less. In four seasons he had 9 or more. His turnover rate average is every 30 attempts, almost two and a half times more frequently than Dak.
In a playoff game against the Vikings in 2009 Tony Romo fumbled 3 times and all I saw posted was how poor Tony didnt have a chance because of an awful offensive line.....which had three Pro Bowlers, by the way.
But rookie has a fumble and he sucks? Wow, his runs were the big plays of the game, except his pass to Dez.
The refs missed a penalty? Heck, they missed a dozen and were nitpicking on a dozen that they did call.
Did you know that Dak has yet to have a game in which he threw more INT's than TD's?
I think some of you are so used to biatching that you don't know how not to biatch. This team is 11-1 and some of you are just looking for anything to complain about. The Cowboys won. The team won.
I wish the haters would take a walk back down memory laneI continue to be amazed by the hatred of the most beautiful miracle to land in our collective laps in years.

No.
Prescott 108.3
Bradford 91.6
So far this season, QB with ratings over 100 are 71-9 vs QB with ratings under 100.
That's 71-9.

I don't care what mathematical formula you use. I have eyes and a brain. Prescott was bad. If that's a 100 plus QB rating performance then I'll never give any thought to that stat ever again. It's apparently meaningless.
Well, eyes anyway.I don't care what mathematical formula you use. I have eyes and a brain. Prescott was bad. If that's a 100 plus QB rating performance then I'll never give any thought to that stat ever again. It's apparently meaningless.
He was a rookie tonight. Against tight coverage he's afraid to throw it in there. Vikings set the game plan for beating Dallas. Cowboys should have lost that game. Muffed punt was a gift.He sucked tonight.
Stop with the relevant facts will ya!He completed almost 67% of his passes. He tossed a TD and put up 37 yards rushing that moved the chains in some critical situations and finished the game with a 108.3 passer rating and you're saying he sucked tonight?
Dak couldn't drive a golf cart last night.I don't care what mathematical formula you use. I have eyes and a brain. Prescott was bad. If that's a 100 plus QB rating performance then I'll never give any thought to that stat ever again. It's apparently meaningless.
Name the good teams Dallas has beaten. The league blows.
11 games in a row is awesome, but it does come with an asterisk.
Dak was bad. Seriously outplayed by Bradford.
If 139 yards and two fumbles gets you a good rating, then that's a dumb stat.
Only one pass play over 15 yards?
Dak wasn't bad at all. He only threw the ball like 17 times because our offense barely had the ball the entire game. The Vikings controlled the TOP, which is usually our signature. His fumbles were not bad plays by him, they were an elite DL beating the OL off the ball. They happen.
You know what he did that Bradford didn't do? Score points for his team in the offensive opportunities he had so they could win the game.
What a stupid post.
Dak played good enough to win and was a big part of why we won and no big mistakes
I'm good with that
He does need to be more careful with the ball. He is having a lot of fumbles and against playoff teams it will cost us
I wish the haters would take a walk back down memory lane
