139 yards, 2 fumbles, one pass over 15 yards.

Sounds like a QB in 1928.

Lol

A couple of more games like that and Jerry might get itchy to play Romo in the playoffs.

I know all the Romo lovers miss the 340 yard passing games and the 8-8 seasons. I'm so sorry.

Its ironic that at one point in time Romo was getting killed and people were complaining that our oline can't pass protect. Now that same oline whiffs on a rusher and allows Dak to fumble the ball and they blame it on Dak.

haha, I already mentioned this. I told them that Dak was running all night because of loose guys coming at him, and never once did I blame the line. But Romo fans love blaming the line. Excuses are what Romo's career is all about.

Do you guys understand that he is a rookie that went up against probably the best d in the league in a dome and won his 11th in a row?

Just wondering...
Don't forget this rookie played Baltimore, Commanders and the Vikings in the last week and a half and came out 3-0. Baltimore and Vikings have great defenses, elite defenses. Dak did not have his prettiest game, or his best game but when a play was needed he pulled one out of the air and made it happen. It's no secret that I'm a Romo fan but tonight I feel Dak put the team on his shoulders and got us a W. We had Escobar holding on key plays, Free holding on key plays, Defense couldn't get off the field, Zeke was held in check and didn't dominate and we lost the time of possession battle. So in every phase that we have won 10 straight was not working. Our winning formula was not working. So Dak needed to become a running quarterback for tonight and he did it and we won. I could care less about QBR's, what I saw was a Rookie becoming a man and seeing that he needed to make the plays any way he can. We got the win and you got to give credit were credit is due. Dak won us the game and that muffed punt recovery helped also.

Dak simply just wins games. It's amazing, I can't believe we got this guy. If y'all want to be negative about Dak then have at it. We're 11-1! I'm having fun. Never saw this season coming. After last year and Romo getting hurt in Preseason and then we lost game 1 in the way we did. I felt it was going to be another 1-7 or 2-8 start and Romo would rush back and get hurt and rinse wash repeat. I no way am I bashing Romo, he'll go down as my favorite Cowboy. But when I saw him grab his back on the on the turf in preseason I thought it was over. And now we can clinch a playoff spot on Sunday with a combination of teams losing.

Let that sink in for a second. We can clinch a playoff spot in the first week of december. And some fans are complaining. This has been the best season in 20 years.

You mean Doug Free whiffed?

Doug Free has whiffed many times when Romo was QB. Now that he whiffed on a passrusher, people blamed Dak.

Hmm, not sure how you blame Dak on that one. Free was a turnstile once again, as he was for most of Romo's career.

Faulk said it pretty well, Dak managed the game but he isn't a game manager. He did just enough to win with his legs. This one wasn't that impressive but he has played 3 games in the last 11 days. I have a problem with the play-calling in this one more so that Dak's performance.

Dak has faced some serious stout defenses and won them all(not counting week 1). It does seem that he is a little slow progressing through his reads and sensing pressure to his right. Those are things he will work to get better on. I also did not like the TOP tonight but that can happen when a team does all it can do to shut down Zeke.

I said it since day one.....the kid has moxie :D

Romo is my favorite Cowboy ever, but I was off that train after Dak beat Pit. It was a done deal after that.
I agree, Romo is and always will be my favorite Cowboy ever and it'll hurt to see him in another uniform. My dream is he retires and becomes the QB coach. to me the only downer about this season is Romo didn't get a chance to play with this line and Elliott. He would have been awesome. So Romo is my guy and always be my guy. With that being said, Dak is really, really good. Complimenting Dak and enjoying what Dak has done for our season, franchise and expectations is not a slight against Romo. I love Romo and always will but showing Dak love does not mean that you are disrespecting Romo.

I don't know how any fan can watch this season and not show Dak love. And even this game Dak was not playing his best but he got us the win. Showing Dak love for getting the win is not disrespecting Tony. If Tony can be happy with a Dak win then anyone can.

Yep. We dared the Vikings to make a big play against the blitz, and they never did. Instead, their dink-and-dunk offense got even more dinky and dunky.

And put them into position to almost force overtime.
