LOL, that's his point! We all know he really loves Dak, he's just using reverse psychology. We're on to him.
Naw he took off the mask this week. Another great performance, his fourth game the team won after Risen predicted a loss, against a team that made his boyfriend look silly no less, was simply too much for his fragile psyche to handle.

Dez should be getting a lot more credit for that "turning point". He really had to climb the ladder to catch a pass that was frankly overthrown. If it's another receiver on the other end of that play we'd be slamming Dak for sailing the throw (and likely having it picked by the safeties just behind the receiver).

Saying that, Dak is an absolute stud.

So apparently the "turning point" was Dez Bryant jumping 10 feet in the air to catch a badly overthrown ball.

Dak placed that ball there in traffic for Dez to reach up and get. Any casual observer can see this and already be smarter than you about football.

There is no way Risen can be serious. Why do some people on here take him seriously about this subject? He likes to get a rise outta some you. LOL. I think his posts are absolutely hilarious!!!!!

It's only blocked if you watch it on an external website. Just click the youtube link and you can watch Dak win the game vs the Chiefs.
So you're recommending a new form of torture for Risen?

Great stuff.

Nice narrative by Tony too.
At least he's not afraid to compliment a Cowboy at the risk of being labeled a homer...unlike a few others out there.:muttley:

It's absolutely true that both those balls were poorly thrown. The WRs made great plays on the football.

Yeah. I cut him some slack for the pass to T-Will. Ideally he hits him in stride but he was on the run and didn’t get to set his feet. Besides, if you’re going to make a mistake, the underthrow is better than an overthrow given how wide open T-Will was and the fact that it still allowed him to do something after the catch.

To your point, however, it probably goes for a TD if he hit T-Will in stride.

But why let the perfect be the enemy of the really, really good?

I don't think this is quite right. He doesn't like Dak leading the franchise. Doesn't think he's a franchise QB, even if he's pretty good. Likely views him as having the talent level of a guy like Cousins (though they obviously have very different games). Not a guy that can be counted on to lead you to a title, even if he'll win you some games.

But I do think he enjoys riling people up, so he exaggerates his position knowing that it's going to result in backlash. And, frankly, a completely uneducated observer that was judging his exchanges with others as a debate would likely think Risen had the more reasonable position, if only because he manages to keep his cool even while getting others to lose their ****.

I liked Wentz pre draft same as RS and thought he was the best QB prospect in that draft
I knew little to nothing about Dak
Wentz had lived up to his billing but Dak has far surpassed any expectations.
Over the last year and half I have come to realize that both QBs will be great fir their franchises. I think RS will start to see this at the latest by next year if not sooner

He relies on ignoramises like you to provide him plenty of cover. He's trolling you harder than the one's responding to him because You're not discerning enough to see past his ruse.

Think there's a good chance he never acknowledges it. Zeke will get the lion's share of the credit, in his view, if we win a SB with Dak under center. Which is fine. The rest of us will get the best of both worlds. A championship together with Risen's peculiar brand of provocative humor.
