Dak should do himself a favor and asked to be traded

If he won't accept a trade, it's time to take the huge it and make him a post June cut. Blow the place up and rebuild. That can't be any worse than the team's performances against good competition right now. I'm almost 70 and am willing to wait 5 years for a truly competitive team.

Dak needs to be a June 1st cut. Free up cap room. You can't pay both him and Parsons top money.
can't afford to cut him

pay him then

make him 3rd string and sit bench
for next 17 games

if he stops showing up the contract is null and void

What needs to happen is this:

Dallas needs to give Dak a new contract (don't attack me, hear me out) because his cap hit for 2024 is impossible as it stands. But this time, give him more money up front to lessen the long term cap restrictions. AND make sure there isn't a no-trade clause this time.

The Cowboys aren't going to find a replacement for Dak in 2024. I don't think Trey Lance is ready. I am willing to give Dak another shot under a new coaching staff that might actually figure out he's not Patrick Mahomes and build the offense accordingly. After that, all bets are off.

I don't want him in Dallas, but if they are willing to pay, fleece them to oblivion. Who would volunteer to leave if being paid a boatload of money, many endorsements, and your name mentioned every day of the year?

You can afford to cut him June 1. Now whether they do it or not is another issue.
