Wondering what would be the benefit...faster, better throwing motion etc.

As mentioned in the YouTube comment section I'm wondering if all the weight he had at first effected his techniques?

His face in the video is definitly slimmer

I do think slimming down could help with his flexibility and transferring his power from legs through his core into his throws.

Either way I think it’s ok. Not a bad thing at all.

I thought he played too heavy. He mentioned he was cutting out fast food this off-season. If anything its makes him more dangerous when he decides to run. Don't think this will have much impact in accuracy...that will come down to repetition.

Not good. Muscle catabolism, less distance per throw.

6'2, 240 is just too much...always thought Dak should stay around 230. Last year, rushers were tracking him down easier or that's how et seemed to me.

He has those naturally gifted legs that will help him take hits.

That's my quarterback, he reads the Zone. He's seen all the comments and all of the threads that said Romo looks fat. This just in....he's not going to wear his hat backwards either:thumbup:

It’s hard to tell by just his face but slimming down could be good, it just depends how he is doing it and how slim he gets.

If he did some yoga or stretching routines and limited his heavy lifting on his upper body and increased flexibility, it could really help his throwing motion.

Eating clean is never a bad thing either. More energy, better nutrition, better recovery.

I think he has a bounce back type of season. Listen, in the grand scheme of things his season wasn't that bad. Two year window still puts him on par with Wentz and Goff.

With Barkley in the division, that should keep Zeke under control. Cannot have two number one backs in NFC East.
