..not that anyone within the organization or anyone that understands football needed a reminder.

What's he suppose to say? Seriously, do you think he is going to say this is his team? Media would be all over that

It's funny all the players are saying how much chemistry they have and how hard they pay for each other.......without Romo as starter. They even said it's something they have never seen before.
But yet some want to think it's still Romo team

Yeah I agree with you, that is a little bit of a reach. Maybe what they're talking about as far as chemistry is the fact that Romo is helping Dak and there's no animosity between them. Romo and Dak are setting the examples of how to be good team mates and everyone is paying attention and following their lead.Bit of a reach there Skip.
I got lost at Kathryn Dunn

I was just about to post this. A lot of players use the "It's not my decision" comment in response. Dak knows the bottom line is it is the team's decision and no matter what he says or does not say, it will not change that. At this point, this team is still Tony's team. Now, when Tony is healthy (not just active, but healthy) and Dak remains the starter, then it will be Dak's team.Nah, this same question has been handled a lot worse in locker rooms all over the NFL for decades. The easiest answer to give is 'it's not my decision, I just do whatever the team needs.' It's a nice hat-tip to everything Tony's done for this team over the years that Dak goes beyond that. Plus, it costs him nothing to say it. If the organization wants Dak, it's Dak's team, period.
As long as there are fools there will be foolishness. "...and it don't stop."Prescott handled that question-and-answer nonsense exceptionally well. I don't see the media tripping him up. Ever.
The made up controversy will run it's course. Unfortunately however long that might take will cause future interview questions (and their interviewers) to become that much more progressivelydumberworse. Hope the entire team deals with the foolishness as well as Prescott did here.
Agree. That's why I love football and team sports in general. It does things that society is incapable of doing.I'm willing to bet every one of those players believes Tony is a part of the team and a big part of the chemistry. I've yet to see even a whiff of a schism in the locker room over who the QB is. I've only seen it from the fans, who for whatever reason aren't content to just play the hand as it comes and see what happens.
Yea usually players are really down on each their during a 6 game win streakIt's funny all the players are saying how much chemistry they have and how hard they pay for each other.......without Romo as starter. They even said it's something they have never seen before.
