The issue today will be will he have time to throw downfield. If smith doesn't play this could be like the giants game, they stuff the run and run odd alignments and blitz and confuse the offense.

Today we need a big special teams play from Lucky, a big play in the passing game the likes of that crossing pattern Williams is so good at and we have to win the turnover battle.

We HAVE to "SHOW" some semblance of a deep attempt a few times per game.

Once they get a full book on Dak he will need to be able to go to that to keep defenders away from LOS.


Otherwise, Dak will get one dimensional-zed right quick.

I want Dak to take the highest percentage throw that keeps us moving down the field. If the deep shot isn't there, don't waste downs throwing it, especially with our defense, where we need to turn virtually every drive into points of some sort or get outscored.
