Yeah, but can he throw to him in the red zone? That TD against the Lions came at the 21. I'd be happier and he'd be better if they were at the 20 or closer.

They weren't even close to the red zone against Miami...I mean, come on, Prescott..

I think that we will see more longer throws by Dak in the playoffs. We have to stretch teams that love loading the box. Against teams like Seattle and the Giants this is a must. We saw evidence of longer throws in the game with the Lions. I think this will be another element to our attack in the playoffs.

They seem to have great chemistry. Still think he deserves a hard look at the #2 WR spot next season. Would come really cheap and allow us to allocate money towards other positions of need.

I can't help but wonder how much of that had to do with the awful cornerbacks they were going up against with the Lions.

I hope it's a sign of things to come, but I need to see it on a more consistant basis first.

That's Williams has helped win ball games this season. Not sure the hate. Both of them have had some decent catches no doubt but Williams has had more clutch catches then Butler has. Why we can't have both on the team, why is it one or the other?
My biggest issue with Williams, as inconsistent as he's been, is he's a body catcher. It makes him too small of a target, IMO. Especially compared to Butler.

I believe theyre both? FAs this year. You gotta keep Butler as we all expect TWill to ask for a lot and we all know hes ultimately a replaceable player

Every time I see Butler make a catch, I think he's Roy Williams (WR), both in his movements as well as the results. He will make a difficult catch, then drop an easy catch.

Then we clearly didn't pay enough in draft pick compensation for him. Let's send a 1 and 3 to the Raiders just because.

But yet he has shown multiple times to catch with his hands, going up and snatching the ball out the air. I get it though the ones that don't like him use it as an excuse

Why would he ask for a lot of money? Or is that something you fabricated to put make Williams look bad. The hate of this guy is crazy, since his blunder in week 1 Williams has been the ultimate team guy

I'm not saying he's incapable of catching with his hands. He just seldom does it.
