It's my understanding he's having his best camp.
This may be a bit much but OK (lol)

Absolutely, but the trend on here is to ignore the fact some players grow and improve. Not everyone shows their ceiling out of the gate. Durance Armstrong is a good example imo. Maybe Tolberts career can follow a similar trajectory. There is no question that Tolbert improved a lot last year and hopefully he improves even more this season.
That said, a #1 receiver is a game changer, not just a receiver with good hands or speed or route running.
That's not meant to criticize Tolbert, but he (like most receivers) are not at that level.
Maybe that will change at some point, but for now, I would be happy to see him pushing Cooks for the #2 receiver slot.
Jerry and Stephen have robbed some of our posters/fans of their patience for young players. (LOL)Absolutely, but the trend on here is to ignore the fact some players grow and improve. +1His rookie season he was called a bust and wasted draft pick by many in here. I kept saying no for a reason. The expectations put on rookies are to high sometimes. A

That’s exactly what he’s doing and what a great leader does.My guess is Dak knows No.1 is a long shot at best but I think he is pushing the kid to expect nothing but the best from himself. But I agree 100%, if he can take snaps from Cooks, great.
BTW.....Cooks has gone on record that he is mentoring the kid and would love to see him pushing the No.2 spot
The guy who’s throwing the ball to them has contributed just as well.Jerry and Stephen have robbed some of our posters/fans of their patience for young players. (LOL)
My guess is no matter how hard Dak seems to be laughing on the outside, he’s laughing harder on the inside. My guess is Dak knows No.1 is a long shot at best but I think he is pushing the kid to expect nothing but the best from himself. But I agree 100%, if he can take snaps from Cooks, great.

He's ready and he is good. He has the confidence now and is cleared to get some targets with Gallup out of the way.WR1 because of a couple of good days at TC?
Please dear football gods, let the regular season start soon!
Blablabla. Show, don't tell. In games that count. Oh and don't detract when it's on. You're talking about #1 WR duties here as said in the starting post, not a development WR, which he is. You homers know no limits. He's ready and he is good. He has the confidence now and is cleared to get some targets with Gallup out of the way.
