Dak top ten plays

Wow....a few things......

Brice Butler literally made all of our big plays....shocked guys like Ryan Grant are getting big deals and he can't even get a deal.
Dak's a BEAST to take down. He made Aaron Donald look like a child. Some of those broken tackles would've got other qb's killed.

3 of those top 10 plays were to Dez, none which were TD's, btw Butler had 3 as well

He sucks - Williebeamen

8 of those plays were passes longer than 10 yards... I thought he couldn’t throw an accurate pass beyond 10 yards?

He was outside the pocket - whiny child voice

1. I always hear experts talk about how they love when a QB keeps his eyes down the field when on the move, I guess that doesn’t apply w Dak?

2. “Improving by the game” Collins got beat pretty bad on that last jail break throw. I don’t like Collins. Move him back to guard

Aslo noticed the defense breaking through the line in most of these.

Yeah guys told me Dak couldn't throw lt past 10 yards.

He stole the first one from Romo.

In fact, I bet the staff taught him that.

Look, Dak. When things break down because we called a play with really really long developing patterns, spin to your right, then bolt to the sideline. It always worked with Tony.

Those are good.

But I just want to see him step up in the pocket and throw downfield in rhythm. You can't bail out the back of the pocket (a la Stephen McGee) routinely and have consistent success.

Dak is good at broken plays with broken routes. But he isn't strong from the pocket just throwing regular downfield routes.

He does need to work on his pocket movement. No question about it. I think these plays highlight the ability that is there though.

His issues stem from his footwork and mechanics. Not a lack of physical ability, like the posters on this site who call him “noodle arm” would say.

I know it is nice to think about "Dak Friendly" but was it the smartest strategy to just announce your whole offseason plan was to incorporate more RPOs?

Did you see all the pressure he was under? What pocket?
