Lol Detroit will be looking to replace him in the offseason and all the Dak haters will scream for the Cowboys to sign him so he can compete with Dak. He was on a very good team lead by an excellent defense. How well did Goff play in that game. That’s like crediting Tampa’s title to Brad Johnson and Baltimore’s title to Trent Dilfer.

Sean McVay micromanaged him but didn't develop him. Goff is slowly gaining back his confidence from Campbell. The Rams probably have a better record right now had they kept him. Their roster would be different, they wouldn't have drafted Tutu Atwell, and get Creed Humphrey instead.

His best game last year was against Green Bay in the "Divisional round".

He actually 1-9-1, he missed a game. Zurlein cost us a few games this year but the Lions kickers also costed Goff multiple games this year. MCDC coaching decision costed the Lions a few games this year. They should easily have 6 wins right now.

Excellent defense? You mean the #23 below average rank defense? You mean the team without Gurley and Kupp? The defense couldn't even get a turnover. Brady was only slightly better than Goff in that SB because his coach is Belichick. The same coach who beat the Bills while running the ball 40+ times. McVay ego is too big to ever do that.

Yep he got his first win so that makes him better. First 3 or 4 seasons Dak had more come from behind wins then most any other QBs in that many games. Everyone was talking about him being clutch. Some just don’t like him and never will. He takes us to the SB and wins with the MVP and he will be just a bus driver. I am not pro or anti Dak but wow.

Not so sure Goff "outplayed" Cousins.
They both played well.
But he did have the ball last and threw the game-winning TD with no time left.

Cousins drove his team for the apparent game-winning drive with under 2 minutes left.
Then Goff answered...getting the win with no time left.

Probably the best game Goff has played in 3 years. Certainly not indicative of his normal play this year. Good game

Cousins have Jefferson, Goff best receiver is Josh Reynolds, who couldn't even cut it on the Rams and Titans. Goff other receivers wouldn't even start for other NFL teams. If you go on Vikings forum, they want Cousins out of Minnesota, despite having 27 touchdowns and 3 INT because its all empty calories.

Wilson won a SB with the Seahawks, he was only a game-manager at that point. He has never won while being the man. And I never gave him credit for that SB.

We will see, but ever since they got Reynolds, he look like a completely different QB and has not had a bad game since then. MCDC coaching and the Lions O-line getting flagged for 15 holding calls prevent Goff from beating the Bears.

The Lions didn't let him throw the ball until MCDC started to call plays. So far Goff is progressing with every game. Lynn is going to get fire. He has his flaws of course, but other than escapability in the pocket with Dak, Goff is a better QB. And lately, Dak is becoming a statue in the pocket.

We’re dealing with a bizarre fan base here. Carson Wentz has looked pretty good in Indy so we haven’t heard the last of Dak vs Wentz. We thought the comparisons to Goff and Wentz were a thing of the pass but not with this fan base. If we lose to Washington on Sunday someone will start a Dak vs Heinicke thread. Lol I’m convinced some fans would prefer any QB over Dak. Some of the names that came up to replace him prior to his contract extension were beyond hilarious. Lol
