Dak vs Goff

Goff does do multiple reads, he just doesn't do it enough. Probably the most frustrating thing with him. Something like 20% of the time LOL. Though to his credit, he did have multiple reads on that walk-goff TD throw.
Jared Goff has problems reading defenses that’s why they let him go to the Lions in the first place Other than that he’s way better than Carson Wentz. But not as good as Prescott

Dude the winning team he was on literally mortgaged thier future to get him out of town....there is nothing in that eqaution that equals good...

You know Goff is bad when the Rams give up two 1st-round draft picks to replace him with Stafford.

Ouch.

Nice, so how come he never had 3 games with pick 6's in a row? How come Stafford has only beaten 1 winning team this season with the Rams? How come Stafford is still struggling even with OBJ?

I haven’t watch him enough, but I agree with your general premise that he doesn’t in any way have the talent and personnel around him like Dak. I just looked at the throws of Goff and they were basically against zone coverage. Dak gets to throw against man all day with the OL and RG he’s had since 2016 and he has all these WRs that can win their individual matchups.

Not sure I get the reason for this post. There wasn't much comparing of the 2. You have an over view of Goff and finish with just a I hate Dak 1 liner. Just seems like another weird qb thread.

I think Stafford is the most underrated quarterback in the league. Yes he struggling again

Well you see that winning team has a higher standard than our Cowboys. They also have a real GM, and not an owners' son.

Again what about trading away your winning QB AND killing your future because you think the QB is the only bad piece speaks good of said QB?

I actually think their HC gets punched in the mouth and figured put.He has a record of 7-24 when down at half-time. Kyle Shanahan knows him and owns him.

Down 14-0 at the half, McVay added to his atrocious record when losing at the break, which dropped to 7-24 after Monday night.

It now seems like the NFL’s Boy Wonder, who’s been the toast of the league since becoming the youngest head coach ever at the age of 31, has been figured out by his fellow coaches. This is especially true of his long-time friend and mentor, Shanahan.

In your opinion, what is Dak flaw? I can clearly see both Goff and Wentz flaw. Dak flaw is harder to fix. With Wentz, he play hero ball too much and is probably the only QB that can injure both of his ankles in one play.

Goff has many flaws to fix, but they are correctable. He just has to want it, but he so emotionless, it hard to know what he even thinking in the first place.

Prescott Flaw . It used to be throwing over the line backer before the corner. But he seems to have fixed that. If he has any floor it’s not releasing the ball. Not trusting his receivers. It’s not that he can’t read the defense . He was just taught never to throw an INT it’s not necessary. That’s how you lose games. That’s his biggest flaw. And sometimes he panics and doesn’t sit his feet properly . But pressure will do that to any quarterback. I think he has more upside then just about any buddy and his draft class

Goff was bad last year, but turned it on in the playoff. But the thing with the Rams was they aren't into developing young QB because their championship window is now, and McVay is far from patient. In fact most young coaches don't want to develop a young QB. McVay didn't choose Goff, he inherited Goff. Not to mention he has a massive EGO.

Goff would look different under Reid, Belichick, and Peyton and would be more developed as a QB.

Yes and it shows when he gets outside the pocket and does not fling it into the stands...Those are he big flaws and those are not the worste ones to have.

We will see, but unless I'm wrong, I believe this will be the season that the Cowboys are going to be the most stack. We are most likely losing Gallups and other key pieces next year.

Jared Goff outplayed Kirk Cousins and led the Lions on a game winning drive without his #1 weapon and RB in DeAndre Swift. Goff was also without his pro-bowl center in Frank Ragnow. In fact, the Lions O-line has never been healthy together for the year. The moment Taylor Decker came back, Ragnow went out with a season ending injury.

This beg the question. Has Dak ever done what Goff did, under the most dired of situation? Has Dak ever won a game without Zeke while being the underdog? Has Dak ever won a game without a #1 or #2 receiver? Has Dak ever won a game when the Cowboys season was on the line? The answer is clearly no, because he is not capable of that.

Anthony Lynn is an awful coordinator and coach, and the Lions got their first tie and win with Dan Campbell calling the plays, and he awful himself. Goff won inspite of MCDC coaching, he carried his coach and saved his career. It's no surprise that the moment the Lions got Goff a starting receiver (#3) in Reynolds, Goff has looked like a different QB entirely. He looked like 2018 Goff, being clutch, and without McVay. And despite not having a starting reciever (prior to Reynold), Goff has gotten the Lions multiple game winning drives only for the defense to allow the other teams to get a walk-off win.

The Lions would go O-17 with Dak Prescott as their QB. Don't let Dak's stat fool you, this Cowboys team is literally carrying him. No one does less with more.

Now imagine if Goff had Cooper, Lamb, and Gallup
Goff has led his team to a SB. Something Dak will never do. The problem with Dak is he makes spectacular big plays but misses the slam dunks. When those big plays are taken away than you left with Denver and KC type games.

As much as I like Gallup I think Wilson can take his place.

And you know this how . I think Gurley had something to do with that. Along with a great defense. Yeah it’s all about the quarterback LMAO you didn’t like the throat of gallop in the end zone. Against the Saints. He was throwing dimes against the Raiders. While car was putting up hail Mary’s. Unbelievable some of you

Wilson has been so clutch, but I hate losing Gallups. Why did we resign Zeke and Lawrence? Why, just why? Pollard and another RB is all we need! We ran Zeke to the ground as tradition with the Cowboys so why did we resign him? Also LVE stink, absolutely stink! I miss Dat Nguyen.

We paid bad players and then are force to let good players go, and we are back at square one again. So frustrating! Oh and McCarthy is our coach.....
